Unfortunately I had Coretec installed in my house a few ago. I was under the impression that it was life proof. The planks have curled at the seems and pulled the joints apart. Very costly mistake that will have to be replaced in 2 rooms. The store and staff were just fine no problem at all. Coretec LVP very disappointed.

I've had a great experience with Rachel and Elena at ProSource! This is my first major renovation project ever, and they were helpful, kind and patient as I figured out what I wanted that fit within my budget. I'm getting floor tile, shower wall tile, a vanity/sink, cabinet, and plumbing fixtures. I know my bathroom is going to be beautiful!Thank you, ProSource team!

Worked with Derek who was very good to work with. Entire staff was always very professional and friendly.Very competitive pricing.Experienced an minor order issue and they worked with me to the best of their ability to resolve quickly, and that meant a lot. We purchased our porcelain tile through ProSource of Savannah and couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received. Their pricing was beyond competitive - they even followed up with us personally to ensure we didn't miss a limited time promotion, saving us no small amount of money. Though Covid was (and likely still is) wreaking havoc on supply chains, ProSource kept us informed every step of the way, and we never had to wonder if our order was on track. My only regret is that I can't rate ProSource of Savannah more than five stars. Give them a call, or better yet, schedule an appointment to visit their beautiful showroom - you won't be disappointed!

We purchased vinyl plank flooring from here. They have a great selection. Rachel was our sales consultant she was great and very patient. It’s nice as it’s by appointment only. We love our flooring :) and highly recommend this company.

My wife and I went into the store to purchase LVP and the salesperson was very helpful as we tried to pick out a design and color. We was originally told that the product we chose had padding attached and we would not need anything else. Once the product was delivered we discovered that it did not have padding as told. The store offered us rolls of padding at cost because they made the mistake, so we purchased what they said we needed for our application. After installation we found the product (LVP) to be both defective and the padding was wrong for the product. I informed the sales teams and my wife and I tried to work with the store to resolve the issue. After 4 weeks of calls and emails we found that both the manufacturer would not stand behind the product nor would ProSource. In the end I was told that no matter what there was "NO" returns and if we wanted a resolution I would need to try to work with the manufacturer and I was on my own. I do not feel that this is proper customer service or support. If you purchase from this store make sure that you understand that they have a strict no return policy even if you have extra materials or their are issues with the product on delivery.This is an example...the owner stated that they would be reaching out shortly, and it been over 3 weeks with no word on trying to help resolve our issue. I have lost a lot of money and time that I can not afford.
