Your service center has done a 180 since we bought our Palisade in 2022. In late 2022 and part of 2023, we were considering trading in our Palisade at another auto manufacturer primarily due to the horrible service department at Autonation.
However, over the past year, we have seen a tremendous amount of improvements and the whole team should be congratulated. Great job, keep it up, and you will continue to earn my business.

Customer Service skills are not what they should be at this establishment. They constantly tell the customers what they want to hear as well as no follow through when it comes to paper work details. Strictly commission, I guess they're doing what they're told to do by management, not what they're trained to do because there's literally no training when it comes to dealing with the public.

This establishment is very unprofessional, under staff and has no line of communication. My wife’s car was towed to their shop thinking she had an appointment the next day, due to what she was told by someone she contacted through Autonation Hyundai Savannah. When we get the place the next day, we were notified that there wasn’t an appointment for us. After clearing things up, they were able to set an appointment for diagnostic, which was 2 weeks out due to the fact they only have 4 service technicians. After waiting 2 weeks to hear from someone to give us an update. There was no call. We called to speak to the service advisor, Yusuf and every time we called, he’s not there. I called this establishment over 20 time within 2 days and I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE. So I decided to return to Hyundai to see if I can get information on the car, after calling another 10 times, I find out that Yusuf is no longer a service advisor and the still hasn’t been attended to. I also tried to get in contact with the service manager, Dustin, he’s never available or not there. This was the worst experience I have ever endured in my life. No communication at all and unprofessional customer service. And our plans were to purchase a vehicle if the car wasn’t drivable. I recommend you look at other places if you’re looking get your car serviced with some kinda of respect.

Took the time to speak with me about my concerns and actually looked into them until they could identify the root of the problem. I am more confident my vehicle will continue to run reliably with the effort that was put into it. Looked into the previous repairs and took them into consideration when billing for current repairs. This was by far the best experience!

We were really impressed by the salesman (Austin) and manager (Scott) who listened to what we wanted for a new vehicle, found us a perfect fit for our needs and made sure that the whole acquisition process went smoothly from beginning to end. This is our 7th Hyundai lease/purchase and the best experience yet.

The service employee (Chris) that handle taking our car in was very friendly and knowledgeable. We brought out daughter's car in to have a recall service performed and Chris noted that there were several other recalls that needed to be done as well. It was all taken care of quickly and we were notified as soon as our vehicle was ready, which was very soon after we dropped it t. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future and will see if the sales team is is good as the service team!
