This was my first time with Payless car rental, but the service was fast and courteous.My initiation driving an electric car. I enjoyed the experience.Perhaps I would have liked someone to demonstrate the differences or ensure my comfortability driving an electric vehicle. It was simple to navigate.Safety first!!

I had a rental with another company and they couldn't deliver. Payless gave me a new car and was quick and efficient.
