I just cannot say how much I enjoy all the Parker products.As a Brit been living in the USA for some 35 years. The quality is first class. Their shipping is great and the items always arrive in great shape. Love the pork pies and the different types of sausages are just like we got back in the UK.Highly recommended.

I want to encourage everybody to continue to shop at Fantasy Parkers yes the hurricane may have been a big effect but the people that are there now are very fast fresh and friendly as Parker slogan States did the greatest customer service so support the people who are there now because I promise you that they're great employees

Love this place. Every item in your typical convenience store but this one is on steroids. They have prepared foods like breakfast bowls, sandwiches and dont forget the desserts. When you see the size of the cakes you are gonna want some. Most importantly the staff at this location are top notch. Pleasant, friendly and willing to help.
A special shout out to Ms. Kenyatta who was so friendly and helpful on both of my visits. She must not sleep because she was there late night and again the next afternoon. She made us smile.

Looks nice but service is terrible. Asked employee If pumps were down, no answer kept looking at phone. Tried again. Same thing. I remember why I don't stop in savannah city FOR ANYTHING. Rude and ignorant people everywhere you go. Stay in the rural parts people. Those parkers are well kept and the employees actually greet you and answer questions other than "where my baby daddy with that food"

I was in Savannah yesterday and gas was 2.19 with the parkers card. I live in vidalia and gad is 2.29 with the parkers card. You should be ashamed there is no excuse for this type of price gaging.

I stopped for gas and thought I'd grab a beer and sit in a square to drink it. Picked up an empty coffee cup on the way to the register. The self-serve register attendant told me that I'd have to pay for the cup. She said it would be over $2. I declined to pay the same price for an empty cup as I would a cup of coffee. While paying $9 for 2 cans of beer (it is the fancy Parker's after all), the cashier threw the cup away right in front of me. Kinda ridiculous that you'd throw it away, and kinda insulting you'd do it in front of me.
Hey Parker's - how about you offer free to go cups with an alcohol purchase? Or maybe charge a reasonable price for an empty cup?

Purchased milk for breakfast at our Air B&B but didn’t realize until later that it had expired last week! Who sells week old milk? I can’t imagine what else if off at that store. :-(

I just received the most horrible customer service via phone when I called "Fancy Parkers". I have supported Parkers for over 25 years. As an educator of 25 years Parkers has always been my go to for breakfast, lunch, snsck , dinner, cool beverages, fill up cup and gas. I simply called to ask what time does "shrimp and grits" start for serving ? The initial part of the conversation went great however when I asked the cashier / customer service associate could she ask the kitchen staff what time do they start with the specific breakfast item I was inquiring about the tone & conversation changed. The associate made am "exhausting" sound & in a angry tone said "Oh my God Hold on "‼️ She then screamed across the store "with customers in the store" & said "can yall please answer this sickening a$$ mother f'N customer questions about some damn mother F'N breakfast". I was appalled at what she said her tone & the fact that other customers had to hear her as well. SHE DIDN'T MUTE THE PHONE ‼️
The associate gave the phone to a kitchen associate. The kitchen associate was "hysterically laughing" & I told her to tell her coworker that she forgot to mute her phone for "this sickening mother F'N customer & apologize for ruining her day / shift & I was only calling again to ask a simple question. I also asked what time does management come in ? I submitted a customer service inquiry via the Parkers website. This is my second complaint in 25 years & I never received a follow-up from the one I did in the past but maybe this Google review will get noticed by Mr. Parker & he reaches out personally. The customer service associate did not know who I was nor the reason for my inquiry & the amount of sales that was missed.

When I tell you I love Savannah, the staff at Fancy Parkers Friday morning, on June 21st 2024 are the reason for that.
With absolutely amazing service, and most importantly friendly welcoming vibes, the ladies behind the kitchen counter absolutely nailed it.
Its a tough world out there and I left with a smile. From a Parkers!

One Coffee Machine....? 5 people in line..Omg...15k Machines and they don't work. Can't gain access to restrooms doors to refrigerator open to both walk in coolers with multiple vendors..Why do these vendors show up at rush hour..Omg...So very unorganized store.. A popular spot may end up on the Bottom of many people's LIST !

On May 19th, I bought a cup of coffee at this gas station and then opened an unopened bottle of almond coffee creamer at the condiment station. I drank the coffee, but it tasted like rotten eggs. I checked the bottle of coffee creamer and saw that it expired on May 3rd, which was 16 days past its expiration date. I kindly informed the front desk that their coffee creamer had gone bad, but they looked at me as if I were a troublemaker, with disdain evident in their eyes. The front desk immediately told me to leave, saying they refused to serve me. Despite feeling very upset, I left. That evening, I began to experience severe stomach cramps and had diarrhea throughout the night. Such irresponsible employees could easily get this store sued. Who trained the management of this store? It's utterly terrible.1
