I visit Parker's almost everyday a different pockets around Savannah or in garden City or Pooler or something like that. So this evening I walked into the parkers on thunderbolt at victory drive. In my intent was to go in the restroom and grab some tissue because I had actually scratched myself pretty bad on my chest trying to grab my shirt it was an accident. So my mind is like why I'm pumping my gas go in the store and get some tissue out of the restroom. Well as I proceeded to walk in there were three people at the counter and it was another gentleman in the store purchasing beer and the lady who work in the store her name is Katie. That was the name on the name tag that she was wearing she's a black lady and she had braids in her hair. Katie is very rude and disrespectful as I proceeded to go to the restroom I noticed that both of the doors were open and the lights were on so I knew she was cleaning the restrooms. There was a cart there blocking the pathway to get to the restrooms but as I was heading back thinking I'm just going to grab some tissue my chest is hurting. I proceeded to walk I didn't say anything to anyone all of a sudden I hear this loud voice yelling the restrooms are closed the restrooms are closed I said I'm going to get some tissue I guess she did not hear me so she yelled even louder at the top of her lungs. The restrooms are closed so I came around the corner and said I'm going to get some tissue is that okay and yes my voice was elevated as well. She then proceeded to go on a rant about if you fall and get hurt that's your responsibility you will not be filing no lawsuits and different things like that. In according to the people who were at the register at the she made that statement Katie decide to call me stupid. No I don't know why you would call someone stupid for simply walking into a restroom and an open convenience store to get tissue. But that really irritated me it was very bothered some I proceeded to get the tissue I left and went to the front counter because I was going to get a receipt for my gas because there are no receipts at the pumps of course. She at the ringing up the gentleman with the beard decided to walk to the back I guess to continue cleaning the restrooms even though I was standing there waiting for her to help me. Once I heard her in the back I walk to the back and I'm like are you done up front she looked at me very nasty and said very rudely what do you need this store close at 12:00 I'm the only one in here trying to do everything what do you need. So I was like oh okay and I just looked at her and I walked out I went back to my car move my car and decided you know what I really need my receipt I drive for Lyft I need my receipt so I went back in the store and retrieve my receipt. Katie was very rude and disrespectful it was very shocking to see an apocalypse employee behave in this manner for actually no reason and make very rude comments about a customer to other customers while she's on the clock.so I don't know what to do about this issue I would like something to happen I did ask her the manager name of the store she said the manager name of that store is Ebony I will give ebony a call tomorrow morning or Monday morning to address the situation I also would like to know if there's someone in the corporate office or something like that I can talk to because there's no reason why an employee should ever speak to a customer this way especially someone who's not being rude or confrontational to you.

Busted pumps, difficult to use app, unfriendly service and most egregious offense of all was a paid for extra parkers sauce I never received. Getting my gas at Kroger, Enmark or Sams instead

I do not frequently visit this store, but needed a bag of ice and I have a very bad leg and to make a long story short
Lynette the store manager was extremely
helpful and was a true delight. I will definitely be going back to the store especially to see her.

How can I go about exchanging the vape I purchased yesterday. The man cashier gave me the flavor I asked for but it was not in the same box as the vape I pointed at and he told me it was the same but it's no good, it's trash and has no flavor. I know he'll remember me from this review so I just would like a working vape.

Don't ever have to use the restroom and stop here. Especially the heavy set male worker. He claim I was in the restroom for over a hour which cant be true because I got off work at crab shack on Tybee island at 10 till 10 pm I have my time slip to prove it. This rude and disrespectful man swears up and down I did waste that time in the restroom. He said the next I stop at parkers while he's working he will have the police waiting outside the bathroom door. Why do I deserve to be treated like this? I just lost my mother on May 8th 2023 I'm still crushed over it. I lost everything when I lost my mother. My home my job. I just now started working again. I've been sleeping in my van. this man should be fired for his unfriendliness job performance I just hope he does not do this to anyone else. Hlⁿmanded to get ou bathroom before I wasdone I don't know his name.

Today I was having a rough morning running late for work and extremely tired. But I do wanna commend the 2 employees yall had working this morning Damion and the young lady I can't member her name but with their bubbly personality they sure made my morning better and definitely put a smile on my face. I don't stop here at this location often but I hope they see this review and know they made my day a million times better than k u both

By the way your gas instructions are terrible. It does not say to insert card for gas it just says card or payment card . Which the buttons do not work if you press it without a card. There is a total from the previous gas purchase so I was hesitant to put my card in . You guys really should fix that
