Accesible restrooms. Poor customer service, and the cashier was very unfriendly. Wanted to pay thru a self-service machine, and she really didn't wanted to be there.

Horrible customer service here!! Asian girl with glasses is the rudest!! I asked for a certain kind of cigarettes and she said " we don't have those"!!! I said you do pulled the flap down and there they were.. Instead of apologizing..she just said well we didn't have them... I told her I come to this store often amd always have had them.. Then instead of handing the receipt to me she literally put it on the counter.... Just nasty people work here!! I will speny my money elsewhere!!!

came to location for a quick meal on my 30 minute break. knowing that this location is the go to for when everyone goes on break i’ve decided to arrive earlier than usual to get my food. after placing my order it took the whole 30 minutes for 5 tenders and fries. i’m very disappointed in the unpreparedness of this location due to the fact most people come at the same time for the same reasons.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy and hash browns.. tasted good, but they were cold...had to be reheated... and this was at 6am in the morning.. figured it would be hot and fresh...not a fan of Parkers Kitchen ??

Will not return. My daughter has dd mental health and speech impairment. Anxiety kicked in little when she had confusion on ordering and paying for her meal tonight at 9p in 9/1/24 the shift leader jasmine laughed at her called her crazy and when I attempted to discuss concerns and she walked away from me ignoring me after giving me a disgusted look. This is truly inappropriate and disrespect also horrible customer service especially to our special population

The gas sign says gas is $,10 cheaper than regular price for club price.
When I go and get gas with my club number, the price is full regular price. No discount!

Left a little after 6:15pm and only now able to review. Got a pork chop combo....and after arriving at work realized I'd been given 4 fries in my box. Four....FOUR fries for like $2.50. The guy there looked like he'd rather the place burned to the ground, so Im only mildly surprised. Unlike usual I'd show a picture and receipt, however this time I threw them away and just ate my food and ran into Amazon to work.
