Makenzie at store 11844 provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. For being so young, I was so impressed by her patience and knowledge. She knew so much about every pair I picked up. My glasses from 10+ years earlier fell during a trip and broke. When I went to replace them, I didn’t realize how much the styles and technology changed. She took the time with me to explain the pros and cons, as well as caring for them, and much information I didn’t know about (and I’ve been wearing exclusively Oakleys for 20+ years). She would go in the back on her suggestion just to show me the difference between a polished pair and a matte pair. She went in the back to show me different lens colors, all on her own volition. I could go on but I walked in feeling overwhelmed with all the choices and prices and walked out feeling great about a purchase that I’ll be wearing every day for hopefully the next decade at the bare minimum!

I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from the Oakley Bluffton store and since one pair was a gift I had to go back to the Bluffton store the next day to make an exchange, unfortunately the desired pair was out of stock. I decided to call the Oakley store in Pooler, wow, I am so happy I did. Sabrina answered the phone and she is GREAT! She didn’t have them in stock but she offered to check with other stores on my behalf and have it shipped. Wishing I had purchased from Sabrina to begin with. Her customer service is excellent, you can hear her smile over the phone, and I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile. Looking for Oakley sunglasses? Do yourself a favor go see Sabrina in Pooler, Ga.
