27 May ‘24 1130 a.m. Just drove more than ten miles for one very specific item. Very excited too because this hat is most perfect for my needs. Get there, find the hats, but not the one I’m looking for. Lady at register is busy checking out a large order so I wait… no look my way, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. Finally my turn, I ask about the hat showing her my phone which shows the hat and how many it says are in stock and can be picked up at the Savannah store pickup in under two hours (see screenshots below). She told me that they have NEVER HAD THAT HAT THERE! Well ain’t that special??? No apology, no nothing, end of conversation. So disappointed.

I went there because I need a part for my pressure washer, I asked the cashier for help and she call some one who was outside smoking, when he walked inside his attitude was like I was annoying him. After I show what I needed he took a Quick Look and said nooo I don’t have that with the same urgen actitud that it doesn’t have time to help me out. I needed more stuff like a pressure washer gun and fittings and some tools but I decided to bring my money to some hardware business who care about customers. As soon i left the store the gentleman walked out again to keep smoking and use his phone.

I rode my bike to the store because it was a nice day so I had my backpack on. I came in to get one wrench. The employee who was in the middle of a conversation with a customer stops, to turn around and tell me I have to 'check my backpack at the front' terrible way to get return customers. Everything in the store is insured, assuming every customer is a criminal is wild. He didn't even say hello.
