Drew is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’d came into the facility to have a document signed since navy federal does notaries. The document required that I have a witness to me signing the document, such as notary. At first it was signed that it couldn’t be done. Then when i had asked thorough questions such as the whys, then it was admitted that it could be done. Drew asked for ID or drivers license. I’d provided that without a hesitation.
THEN he proceeded to ask for my CAC. A persons cac is not needed for a simple notary. He does not have authorization or the clearance to have anyone’s cac. If i wasn’t military what other form of ID besides ID/drivers license would be used?
Drew was short, disrespectful and rude once i asked why’d he need my cac.
Get him out of the seat he doesn’t need to be working there.
Update: Cooperate contacted me after investigating the incident. I was informed that Drew was in the wrong in which he did not abide by the company’s policy. Responding to the navy federal personnel who’d responded to my review.

They don’t do business accounts here - they make it a long convoluted process - trying to get personal account open first. I’m already a member of different credit union out of state. Apparently, Navy federal has some shady policies nation wide. This branch is powerless to all this, it’s corporate decisions, but a credit unions purpose is to be for the people, against banks, and most are not for profit.
I’d strongly advise against navy federal in general. There’s so many better credit unions out there. This is the 3rd credit union I stopped at today, most inept obviously. I want the best for my business that’s in Savannah and for my guys. Again, this branch particularly didn’t do anything wrong, but they are part of a culture that trickles down from up high, how else is corporate suppose to get feedback!?! Lol I ain’t got time for all that. Corporate: you’re losing business and rightfully so, I’ll use my influence for good and always be against you for life now. Pass it on!

Okay. I have to rewrite my review because I left a not so flattering one star previously. Only because I was upset with Navy Federal overall for a $280 fraud charge. However, I ended up blaming this branch for everything Because it was the closest one to my house and to be quite honest, this branch did not do a thing wrong. Everyone in there did their best to take care of me and to try and correct the problem. It was the online navy federal reps that I spoke with that actually Failed to do their job correctly. As far as this branch goes, it's a wonderful branch. Everybody's VERY nice.It's just extremely busy. Be ready to wait in the line.

We got there 2 minutes after 1 and they were all still inside. Only had to pick up a check for buying a truck and they would not help. Very rude service.

I did not catch the lady's name in the front, but she is super sweet and so amazing. I want to send her my gratitude for showing me a feature on the app, and she saved me time and was fast to get me the cashier's check. Amazing customer service!

The banks is a great place to bank with but I wish they had more control of how the customers park after hours this with two young people in it pulled up and blocked the stairway as if they were the only customers there left me trying to get down safely. They need to post signs saying no parking in front of the doorway.

I recently had an attempt on my NFCU account by (2) individuals unknown to me trying to make unauthorized transactions! The NFCU, expediently and thoroughly, had their Fraud Department and Top Security Associates making all immediate stops and notifications on my accounts, alleviating any lost funds and reversing all the monetary attempts back into a new account! I am eternally grateful for the NFCU internal sophisticated cyber crime banking team for taking, again, immediate responsibility to protect, an individual member and all members with their commitment to excellent protective, 24/7, accurate service! After, this experience, I will always utilize NFCU for all my banking needs!

The customer service at this location is premier and ensures that the needs of the members are being met. My most recent experience required the staff to stay later than anticipated to accomplish my loan approval based on my financial circumstances. They were friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
