VEE & TRAM are no longer there! They didn't inform their clients that the two of them whom are sister's were leaving. They were the best! I've been a client of both sister's for a little over 18 years and have also sent many family members and friends to Vee or Tram. When I got my nails done back in October of 2023, I had no idea that was going to be my last time getting my nails done by Vee. She could've at least told her dedicated clients that she was was going to be leaving. It's hard finding someone that does a good job on your nails.

Vee and Tram is gone!!!! The new nail tech that's now in Vee's chair and her service was terrible. I always get pink and white on my nails. This has been my go to for over 20 years. The new nail tech left my nails unfinished and got mad because I told her she wasn't cutting in on my white for my pink and white. She told me she wasn't Vee or Tram and refused to finish my nails. I have been going there for more than 20 years. 10/26/23 was a sad day, I have officially ? broken up with this nail salon. I have sent more than 50 of my clients and family here over the years. Over 20 of them has been faithful patrons for more than 10 years. We are all looking for a new nail home.Service: Sculpted nails

I have been going to Nail Art for a while for mostly a pedicure and fill-ins. I would like to give them 4 stars and my last visit for a pedicure was good, it's what I witnessed afterwards that has really been upsetting. A satisfied customer came back in to thank the lady who did her nails. The tech started talking about her in a negative way. No, I don't speak Vietnamese but, I do understand body language and voice tone and it was not complimentary to the customer. They often talk about us as if we were not there. We can read the body language and we do discuss this matter.

Paid $30 to get a polish change (gel) only to go home home and see the old polish under my nails. I went Saturday night I was the last person to walk in. She was rushing and slick getting mad. I’m upset I spent $75 my toes look better than my nails . Bad first experience

I've been using this place for pink/ white acrylic nails & pedis for 3 years now. I adore Vee & Tran who do specialty nails. If I decide to just do a single color fill the other young girl is great too. The pedicures are pretty good. I like that if there's a wait they'll go ahead & let your feet soak in that hot water until a nail tech is free. Although I do really wish they offered add ONS like extra string callus treatment & paraffin wax dip. The ONLY real complaint I have is how busy they are. If I'm not there within an hour of when they open the wait can be 90 min or more. They need hire an additional person or train the charismatic younger girl to do pink & white/ specialty acrylic.
