“This is the best Verizon store in Savannah! I typically take reviews with a grain of salt since I know most bad reviews come from a place of avoiding personal responsibility so I have to give this location and the staff their kudos. I was there when it was particularly busy and Christina, Jeremy, and the other girl (I forgot her name sorry!) were all so amazing at dealing with the customers and being so efficient. I had a pretty minor billing question and Jeremy and Christina helped me, gave me information about an upgrade and the Verizon benefits I didn’t know existed for my home streaming services. I got a new phone, saved money on my bill, saved money on my Netflix account, and when I came back in the next week to trade my phone in they remembered me. It definitely feels like they value the Landings and Isle of Hope community. I will always recommend this location to everyone!”

“PSA: If you live in Savannah and surrounding areas, please do not waste your time by going to other AT&T locations (no offense). This is a corporate location and Justin Reid is your man. Justin is super professional and there is nothing that he doesn’t know how to do. He is the reason we are staying with AT&T. We came in with a super complicated order, Justin crushed it and got everything done, upgraded and switched over.”
