We are trying to buy a phone the black lady at the front desk would be on her phone on multiple call, so we are trying to get thing going while she es yelling with people on her phone while they are yelling back, I understand being bored at work but it is WORK.... If a paying customer comes in you are not blasting a conversation on your phone and if you ask sensitive questions like PIN, phone numbers, names on the account, and repeating it multiple times due to her not paying attention to us and while we are just trying to PAY for a phone....and then yelling while we were leaving the perimeters "well, well, well.." almost sounded like barking. Man never experienced anything crazier...

The worst costumer service, i was told to go to another store with a veru rude attitude, the person in charged was more preoccupied talking to her boyfriend, I hope they close that store

Goodness, where do I begin. This day took hours. With absolutely nothing accomplished. Young lady, was no help. Had us cancel a line, to turn around and try and charge us $130.00 to reactivate, charge another $60 for a month worth of service. When questioned about the process, she turned her screen around, to show us, asked if we needed to be on group chat with some people. What? It's money, make it make sense. You may get over on some people, not us. I went to the Abercorn store, no help there either. The GM is just a joke too. I was on the phone with customer service, retrieved the number that the young lady had us cancel, and was charged nothing for transferring the new phone over. She walked me through the process. She skimming off the top. Hands down. I have been with metro for years. Four lines. Not everyone is stupid. I dont mind paying the money, just has to add up at the end of the day.
Good luck with that one. She is is a joke.

Really like metro but don't like that I been a loyal customer for over 4 years an I want to upgrade my phone but have to pay full price for a new phone plus activation for it but a new customer can go in an get a new phone for free. Yall should really look out for yalls customers that have been there

Bad customer service I tried to get refund for bad service I had of me not be able to place calls while was on metro pcs services and I went to the store to get my refund as I was instructed by customer service that I could get my cash refund when I go to a local metro pcs store to be told it’s against policy when I get to the store and right that person went to lunch as if the store was closed Thur business hours as they have no one else to work the store if someone takes lunch metro pcs is going downhill
