Come to this shop for years and would i drive all the way from South Carolina I took a break and decided to start coming back well my first visit back was not good at the all the lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job but the tech that did my nails did a bad job she was rushing she painted the polish on super super thick didn’t even dry not evenly put on so it looks two tone to the point it’s covering my cuticles and she left the clear super thick acrylic that was not even blended Around my nails it was on my skin and the acrylic is covering my nail bed you could lift the acrylic is so thick my nails look horrible and not even filed down and chunky and the tech knew she messed up cuz she tried to go back over with a regular nail file just a hot mess the polish was smeary and I had to go and buy my own top coat and do it again And refile I could have done My nails at home for this job. and she was filing so hard with the drill my nails were painful and when it was time to pay they over charged me when i asked the owner about it she was argumentative after i called and spoke to someone twice about what the price was gonna be before my visit and she gonna say well they did not see your nail length I told her these are my real
Nails not tips and that I should have been charged the price I was told on the phone and that they all need to be on one accord with pricing she still did not budge to adjust the price and on top of that I tipped also .after this experience I will not be coming back the pedicure chair was old and it was shaky but they had new chairs further down but put me in that one they had a big hole in the ceiling leaking with water right next to me and dirty rags and buckets and it’s like they was rushing me to get done will not be going back this place has changed tremendously I’m so disappointed I hope they enjoy that 88 plus 10 tip so actually 98 dollars they got from me want happen again now I have to go find another nail shop to redo and spend more money press on nails look
Better then mines ? don’t trust the prices they have on the wall or when you call cuz they will change the price real quick
Cleanliness: Hot mess leaky ceilings and dirty rags and buckets to catch the water that has a visible huge hole on the ceiling

Nice work. I'm an older man so I get pedicures to help with my foot health. Smart thing to do even if your able to care for your feet. Guys, this may not be the manly thing to do in your book, but I assure you it's worth it. I have a walking disability that causes big calluses, and this is how I fix that.
Plus the people are nice. Reminder that most are Asian, and where I've been they Vietnamese. They will converse among themselves in their native language, get used to it. Lots of help available, all ladies, all over the top polite. Asian culture is not Amercan culture, manners mean everything to me.

Y'all all I got was a soak off and the lady charged me $20. Very overpriced and honestly it wasn't worth it. I'm the type to pay for quality if it's worth it and definitely wasn't at all. It's not luxury or anything just a corner nail shop and it's junky in there. The only reason I stopped there is because I needed my nails taken off so I can get them re done by my nail tech.

I am in pain from the manicure I received. I asked for an SNS manicure, my nails were sanded down to remove prior 2 weeks old SNS. The manicurist sanded one of my nails to the extent that there was a hole in one of the nails so she used acrylic to fill in the hole, then preceded to pull out another container with powder in it.She used the same brush and began to apply liquid and white powder to my nails which she said was sns, that she did not have the colored kind. Well my nails look wide and thick as if play dough was stuck on my fingernails and painted. If that’s not enough, later that evening my fingers were so sore. In examining my fingers I could see that when she applied the “sns” she actually painted it over the sides of my fingers it’s as if super glue was applied around the sides of my fingers. I phoned the manicurist today 2 days after the manicure, she admits it is her fault and she will fix , I told her I live 4 hours from there, she after I said I will report her she said just come back even if it’s a year from now. $45 down the drain, wish I had charged it. ??Service: Gel manicures

Wow. No reviews for almost a year. I will not come here again either. I should have read the reviews first. Came in for a pedicure. I hope I don't leave with any infections. Chairs are old and uncomfortable, no bag placed in tub, no price list offered prior to cutting, and feels like she's looking too hard at my nail bed. Never again.

I went there my best friend asked for them to remove old nails but they refused to take off old nails said no. Then I guess got mad started taking off one nail but. Was yanking off the nail instead of gently removing. Never will we coming back they overcharge also have. Price list on wall but don't use it make up their own prices.

I want to start by saying the woman who performed my pedicure with gel polish was very nice and they look good... however this place is so dirty and run down that it should probably be shut down. The minute I sat down I regretted my decision but felt bad just leaving after my feet were in the (dirty) tub. The tools were in a dirty plastic tub and the massage chairs were either broken or ripped. They also did not use a plastic tub liner. I know they are just doing their job but I was scared of getting an infection .Services: Gel manicures

I would never go here again tomorrow for $190 the only thing I liked was my pedicure my manicure and daughter’s nails were horrible that place is a dirty hole in the wall they didn’t even have certain colors or designs we asked for and had the nerve to charge regular prices If u gon charge ppl at least make sure u can file and polish right will never return

Not clean at all. Every surface had years of smudges that could easily be cleaned up, but just left. Thick piles of nail dust everywhere; I've never seen so much in one place. The nail dust is ground into the carpet. They clean off their work surface and then dump the drawer onto the carpet. I was asked to wash my hands without soap. The polish is all knock off brand. They charge if you use your debit. The charge should have been $1.75, but it was $5 for me. When I asked why, they pointed to a sign that said they charge 5% to use debit/credit cards and then pretended to not understand what I was saying when I did the math. All of my nails ended up different lengths even though I asked for short. The only good thing I have to say is their choice of music was wonderful. It was hard to relax because all of the workers were yelling over the customers having a wild conversation. But the radio channel was the only good thing.Service: Gel manicure
