Bigger, better, and my best visit was the Starbucks... Gabrielle made my caramel, ribbon crunch the bestest I've ever tasted. ? Great job ? atleast I know she takes pride in doing her job. Her service was excellent, and I will only go to this Starbucks inside Kroger instead of the other Starbucks. Thanks Gabrielle...

Absolutely the most EXPENSIVE store in Savannah Ga... bags of chips 6 bucks, produce, toiletries, you name it..I have lived in Savannah over 50 years and I have never seen such a thing. I think they feel since they are near Berwick people are rich or either stupid to know they are being ripped off..The same Folgers coffee that I get at Walmart for 6.00 cost almost 10.00 at this crazy store.Super walmart kills them on every level... RIDICULOUS...Save some money people and due the price checks yourself and I bet you if you smart shopper you will save easily over 1500 a year...dont let them rob you.

I love my Berwick Krogers! There’s always a great selection in produce and fresh meats! Their florist is the best! Vicky makes the most beautiful bouquets that she personalizes for each individual!

Self check out person Michelle is extremely rude and verbally abusive to customers. Watched as she angrily told another customer to wait while she stored bags. Customer was attempting to self check out and unable to proceed there was a line behind her. Please teach your front end staff about priority we are already forced to scan own groceries, we have to be yelled at by staff too??
She has been rude to me also so clearly this is the norm for this staff member

Selection is adequate. I have noticed visible moldy product on the shelves on more than one occasion. Do not bother trying to buy single serving ice creams like Ben and Jerry's or Hagen Daas. The last three occasions I've bought this type of product they've shown evidence of having melted and been re-frozen. Completely unacceptable.

Went to the self check out with two items. The scanner said ready and the another customer was at the end of the convey belt bagging her items. The employee that was working the self check out area was short and said it was not ready. Had to wait. Once we started to scan the items, which appeared on the screen then the 2nd item, the first item disappeared. The working was short and said something about not scanning the items, which we did and I saw them on the screen. Something was not right, the check out system said help was on the way and finally the check out person scanned her card to clear, telling us that we did not scan the items. Instead of just asking " May I help?" just told us we are doing it wrong. So with the telling us that we are doing it wrong and not helping to figure out what was going on, Keeping telling her we are scanning the items. Finally the worked told use that if we can not use the self check out, should go to staffed register which told her that defeats the idea of self check out and suggested a better attitude for her. Able to get the transaction completed without the help of the employee and then the employer told us that we can leave and not come back. Left the store and went to go get fill up with gas. The Store manager was out there and told him about my experience. He took my name and number, gave Andre the number we use for points. He said he would get back to us. Never did. Have been going to Kroger since 2014 and this has been one of the worst, it not the worst customer service interactions with anybody at Kroger. I was just visiting the area. Kroger in the area I live, never had a bad experience.

No one in the pharmacy acknowledged my presence. No smiles, no customer interaction from the check-out, just a miserable place to be, no matter whether you are shopper or employee.

Staff is always friendly but the business has been going downhill with few employees to help during busy hours I blame management for only putting shareholders first and customers come in last.
