Never had a problem. Appreciate the text updates notifying me of when my scripts are ready for pick-up. It's nice to be able to shop for groceries and Rx in the same place on the same day.

Waiting WEEKS for a back ordered prescription drug. We NEED them. Our health depends on them

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant staff, including the pharmacist. Worst experience with any pharmacy in my lifetime.

Never open in the morning when their hours say they are. Drive through is almost always closed.

The young lady ANH was extremely rude to me. I simply asked if my insurance was applied and she gave me a nonsensical answer and when I said I didn’t understand she slapped the table and yelled that there was a pharmacy discount card on my meds. Also, she was wearing AirPods the whole time. Will not be back.

Worst service ever. This Kroger in particular should have all its staff replaced. I will never come here again. I'm even moving all my prescriptions somewhere else, even though the pharmacy staff has been great. I will get my gas elsewhere too. I'm done with the utter lack of professionalism I have experienced here. There have been a few times I have been here and there was NO ONE who would check the groceries. It was self scan or the highway. I refuse to use those. Highway it was. After my last interaction? It was so crass that I cannot imagine ever stepping a foot again in those doors.Don't plan on timely service at the "service"counter either. I don't know if the entire world uses this place as a bank or what in the world is going on there. I need help with something? Am I will to wait in that line? Naw. Never mind.Go here if you want to see a place that makes Wal-mart shine.Update: I went to the Kroger on Ogeechee and still couldn't get the machine to read my card. The attendant there also just said "oh, you can't get your card to scan?"...then walked away and did nothing to help. So, it appears to me the lack of customer skill is systemic. They may even be asked to show apathy in the face of card issues. That's my best guess.I'm going to Publix from now on. No effing cards to play around with there. And from my few experiences already? They bend over backward for you.

I never have any issues with this pharmacy, which is a new experience for me. The pharmacists are very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast.

Very poor customer service. Actually the young lady that assisted me was down right rude and she lied straight to my face because she is too lazy to do her job.

I don't usually walk around the grocery store snapping pictures and this time was no different. I was so shocked coming into this Krogers because it's massive (honestly it looked like a smaller, more organized version of a Walmart Super Center).I wasn't grocery shopping this particular day but I now know where I'll go from here on out (except for fruit, Publix will always win with the produce). Krogers has the best options for international Asian selections when up against Publix and Walmart. I will say I've found the Samyang Buldak Fire Noodles at Walmart but never at Publix. Anyways, Krogers had a great ramen selection in the international area and a plethora of other things as well. Their Deli is cheaper than Publix and they have better options in my opinion. I definitely recommend this location.

"caring professionals dedicated to helping people" is what the owner claims. The owner must reside under a rock. There were no customers at the pharmacy. I walked right up to the counter and had to wait for the employees to finish their conversation to wait on me. While she was getting my child's prescription ready I asked if they had Epsom salt. She said in first aid section. I turn around and see the item I need. I politely asked if I could grab it. Surprisingly she declined to let me buy it. She said they "ask customers to purchase non prescription items separately." Thanks for making this tired, pregnant momma take an unnecessary extra step. The other Kroger pharmacies don't treat their customers like this and will scan other items, except weight based foods. Only reason I had to come here was because the other Krogers didn't have all the medicines for my child. In fact it was the third Kroger I had been to that day trying to get all the different medicines for my child. But she didn't show one fraction of empathy. She must enjoy giving people a hard time and could care less about what they are going through. Incredibly false claim by the owner.
