As bad as I hate to give you guys a laugh, lets talk about how grimey Kia Country of Savannah is ?
I sat at this place for 4 hours yesterday going back and forth with SAM and our salesman JEREMIAH. In the beginning everything was going fine and all. Got my car to trade in for $1,000, went from a 19.84% interest rate down to a what was supposed to be a 6.74% interest rate. And happy with the $499 monthly payment. Shook hands, SIGNED papers, and REASSURED the interest rate, and monthly payments with Sam. As he then told us before we left we could take the car home and come back the next day to sign the finalizing papers, it would take 15 minutes in and out the door. Boom.
Okay, cool.
We get there today, everything’s going fine. Jeremiah’s asking us how we like the car, does it drive okay, blah blah blah… We’re waiting to speak with the finicial manager ERWIN, mind you this takes about and hour and half just about, whereas we were only supposed to be there 15 min. I’d say 30 max. Anyways, we finally get to speak with Erwin who proceeds to go over the warranties and our finance paperwork. We tell him what we wanted and says, after the warranty, maintenance, and GAP, the monthly payments would be $650+ and nonchalantly tells us that our interest rate is 19.84%. We begin to tell him that we made an agreement with Sam, that our interest rate was supposed to be at 6.74% and all we needed to do was sign papers and be done.
He leaves the room, comes back basically told us there was nothing that he could do and begins to run my credit AGAIN multiple times after we had already SIGNED papers for the 6.74%, all while throwing a ball up in the air, playing games while Jeremiah and another gentleman was by him laughing and joking around.
At that point I’m PISSED because for one you’re not being quiet, you’re loud enough the whole dealership can hear and you’re legitimately not doing a DAMN thing to resolve the situation. Therefore, I get my key and the rest of my stuff and walk out. How are you supposedly the “best Kia dealership” in the area, but try and pull the whole bait and switch on customers who were willing to buy from you.
Thanks for the tease, but my service WILL NOT be taken to Kia Shady of Savannah ?
PS I’ll be looking forward to receiving a call from the general manager who was “supposedly” not there at the time ❤️

We had an excellent experience at this dealership! Making the switch to Kia was a big decision for us, but both our salesman, Edwin, and the manager, also named Edwin, made the process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly patient, answering all our questions and providing us with the information we needed to make the right choice. Their professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our new Kia and the exceptional service we received. The fact that I made 3 separate calls to have a simple software update on my car and was
given incorrect information about availability to have this update done (I was told I had to wait until January 2025 for something that wouldn’t take an hour)
The service representative suggested that I drive to Bluffton Kia and have this service done. Bluffton was a whole different experience VERY POSITIVE in contrast to Savannah ! They were so polite, ready to help and had my appointment for the service booked in less than 24 hours.
Do better Kia Savannah!!

Very shady dealership practices. Didn’t want to assist in canceling wife’s contract even though they can. I should know, I work for a Kia dealer. If I also recall, a lower interest rate was offered if she were to buy certain products in finance which would be illegal. Go elsewhere if you’re looking to purchase a Kia.

We purchased our 2024 Kia Telluride at this location on Tueaday, and our family absolutely loves our new vehicle!
Briam gave us excellent customer service and took his time in showing us all the bells and whistles. He even helped me put in my sons car seat because my husband had to leave to deal with a work emergency. The service team had the interior sparkling before I drove off the lot!
We have already recommended Kia Country of Savanah to everyone at church. The second we stepped out of the car we were greeted with a smile by every employee so I'm sure they'll get great service with any of them there but we worked with Briam. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the Telluride (which is what I wanted), and didn't make my husband feel pressured to make a deal at all. He worked with us in getting exactly what we wanted and got us an amazing deal!!
Overall it was a really easy experience as far as car buying goes and they made sure we had coffee and a few snacks while waiting for the car to be done.
I definitely recommend this Kia dealership when purchasing your next car!

Thank you so very much for the superb service Andrew Ller Service Advisor and his team provided on our recent engine replacement for our 2014 KIA Sorento. We were visiting Savanah a couple of weeks ago when our Sorento lost power. Andrew and his team determined that our KIA engine failed. His team provided a teardown inspection that the engine failure qualified for an engine replacement covered by an extended warranty. We were very most by the high quality of all the maintenance performed. We know that your service and maintenance were understaffed at the time. Again we are most pleased with the high quality service we received by Andrew and all of his team members. Very very much thanks again! Adam and Rita from Clarkesville Georgia.

This review I’m giving is very upsetting to me. I visited Kia of Savannah today to have work done to my vehicle upon arrival I noticed most employees in the service area had on face mask due to them evidently being sick or due to not wanting to get sick. There was one person that stuck out due to him repeatedly coughing he was coughing so bad he had to stop talking to me to regain his breathing but yet he had no mask on. I immediately returned to my vehicle and put my mask on before returning inside the building. So when I asked who he was he was the service manager. That took me for a loop to know he was a manger! So as he was checking me out while repeatedly coughing harshly over and over he then headed me my keys and paperwork never sanitizing anything that he handed me again I can’t say it enough THIS MAN HAD NO FACE MASK ON!!!! What I don’t understand is the people that weren’t coughing all had face mask on I’m so confused. I don’t know if Kia understands we as customer come to get our vehicles worked on don’t want to have a service employee coughing all over us our paperwork and keys and then just handed to us as if it’s normal. Now it is normal to cough but the way Mr. Manio is coughing all over the place he needs to have a mask on we are still in the Covid Era!!! I’m glad the others are wearing mask I couldn’t imagine being in that small area with him coughing like this all day. This really disturbed me and I do a lot of business with Kia this has me second guessing my loyalty to this location because they obviously don’t care about their customers safety.

This is the worst Kia dealership i been too!!! The sales manager is the worst person you can ever meet. Room for no negotiation!!! I wish i can give negative star. This place needs a new management. This dealership should be grateful that this is the only kia dealership in savannah area and that is the only reason why they are in business!!!
