I hit a tire on my way through town, and needed a last minute appt to make sure everything was okay. They squeezed me in the same morning and took a look for me free of charge (thankfully nothing was wrong) they were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

True Showmanship of HONESTY in a world where that is hard to find! My starter went out and I had my car towed here after being recommended. My starter was bad- I made the comment that I just paid StepOne Jeep almost a thousand dollars a year prior. I was immediately told to come get my Jeep and take it back to StepOne because starters are warranted for life (and labor for a period of time). Because of pure honesty, Jessie’s saved me another thousand dollars (I paid zero for the repair) when they could’ve easily took the job and replaced my starter!Thank you for that!! We were driving from PA to FL with a stop in Savannah. We noticed a metallic grating noise coming from the rear of the car while in Savannah. Frantically, we started trying to find a repair shop we could get into before 5pm Friday. W e first stopped unknowingly at a collision repair shop who thankfully performed a diagnostic, but did not provide automobile repair. A service person there thought the issue was a deteriorated wheel bearing and suggested Jesse's. We called and they, realizing the jam we were, told us to get there ASAP. We arrived at 4pm and they ended up having to replace both rear wheel bearings as well as the ABS sensor. They stayed until 6pm to get us on our way to the family reunion. We will always be eternally grateful for their service, skill and REALLY go beyond the "call of duty" to help us in a terrific dilemma. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. Aside: the car is NOW running great. Just super service which MUST be acknowledged.
