I had a blowout during the weather event/hurricane last week and called these guys thank the Lord they had my size tires and came to where I was broke down change out the flat tire with a new tire also I had a tail light out he replaced that as well very fast, curtious, reasonable price couldn't ask for better I'll be using these guys again for any of my automotive needs, thanks JAY'S

So I contacted this company to assist me with a blowout. I had no spare tire and I was told he had a tire my size and would come to help me at 7:07 pm so he asked for half of the cost up front and wanted it sent to cash app . I checked his reviews again and told him I was not comfortable sending money up front because he has some reviews stating money was taken but no service was given. He then stayed he only asked for money after midnight I reminded him he just asked me for money. In a 2 hr span we texted between us about when someone was coming at this point he said he had a guy coming from Midway but he has to look in storage to see if he has my size tire (mind you when he said someone else way coming I asked if the man had my size tire i was told yes ) long story short we sat over 4 hrs on 95 southbound and no one ever ever came he never called again to say no one was coming or any of that! Thank God my friend came to my rescue...... He got 1 star only so I could leave a review!

Terrible experience. We sat on the side of the road for 6 hours while we were strung along with a text every hour or so with updates just for them to never show. We were originally told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Then we were told that he was busy but he would refer us to someone else but that we needed to pay half the tire cost and service fee. After seeing reviews about people paying and not getting help I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that and was then told they only take half after midnight. But we were just asked for half and it was only 7 something. We were strung along being told the second guy was on the way for 3 hours before we finally gave up. The last we heard the guy was looking for our size tire and we never heard back from the company or any employee again. Super shady all the way around. Terrible service. Super unprofessional in the way he spoke. Asked for money and then crawfished after being passed off to someone else. Strung along for hours and finally ghosted all together. I'm not sure how they are still in business and I hate even giving them 1 star but it's the lowest review you can give.

I have been talking with this person since yesterday. They told me that they would come out about noon. Then it turned into between 1230-1pm. Then they stopped responding. It is now 230pm and all calls are going to voice-mail. I would suggest no one use them

Never made it to fix my car even after I paid for a secured appointment. I understand things happen but I literally was waiting all day and never came. Still waiting on my refund. Just a heads up don't ask anyone to pay in advance and you still don't make their appointment.

Kept telling me they would be there in 30-45 minutes. After 4 hours I asked for a refund, they said they would call me back and hung up. When I tried calling back they turned their phone off. They have not refunded my money. Avoid these scammers.*Edited to add- Tiffany Ogden who left a 5 star review is his (Jamie Sanders) girlfriend. She's the one I paid directly and stole $200 and never gave me a refund. Look up her criminal record. They both have rap sheets a mile long, mostly drug and left charges. All positive reviews on here appear to be friends or relatives that can be found on their Facebook pages. Do not use this guy!!!

Supposed 30 day warranty, however when the tire became completely flat and I noticed it had been plugged before install just two weeks later it is impossible to get them to respond to phone calls or text messages.

This place is a joke. Keeps spinning me saying he will be here in 30 and he’s coming. It’s been 6-1/2 hours since my tire blew and the sun is now coming up. Avoid this place at all costs. The guy Jay doesn’t even drive, he gets driven around by his crackhead friends!

They sold me bad tires and took over 10 hrs and came to my house 11 pm just to put bad tires on my car. Avoid these crackheads at all cost!!!

They were very unprofessional they promised to show and never showed up the worst experience ever I was going back home to pa. And they just never showed and even hung up on me after I called them back they are what you would consider drug up employees
