Agents: Chris and Mario have been extremely helpful in all aspects of Insurance, explanation of policy coverage and always strive to allow me the utmost best coverage, at the best rate available. I walk in, I'm known, acknowledged and all my insurance needs , questions and explanations are addressed , answered and the satisfaction of the Agency is unsurpassed. No matter how far and few, or many my face to face , on line or direct calls to this agency be....I'm known, greeted and treated like thee most important, valued customer. Disappointing Experience
I connected with James last year following an at-fault accident that led to my insurance rates skyrocketing. A highly recommended figure within a Facebook group, John came with glowing reviews and promises of attentive service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Initially, James presented himself as affable and accommodating, assuring me that though he couldn't take me on immediately, he would reach out in January when I became eligible. However, January came and went without a word from him. When I finally managed to get in touch, I was met with delays and excuses.
Eventually, James did respond, but his message lacked both sincerity and clarity. He cited changed requirements as the reason for not being able to accommodate me, leaving me in the dark about the specifics of my denial. Despite my inquiries, I received no further explanation or assistance.
Overall, my interaction with James Insurance Services left much to be desired. The lack of follow-through, coupled with a disregard for transparency, paints a picture of subpar service and questionable integrity. I would caution others to proceed with caution when considering John's services.
PS And your long explanation does not change anything it wrote. It sounds like another excuse...Of course i know i spoke with you.

I haven’t done business with James Grusheski, but I’ll tell you his marketing strategies are rotten to the core. He is sending out scare tactic advertisements to purchase insurance stating what he thinks is the value of your home is and showing photos of your home from the road (which I’m sure it comes from google) with giant print to protect my largest asset. This kind of thing would definitely not catch my eye, but I know there are people out there who would be afraid by these images and scare tactics, making people feel vulnerable because of the information in the ad, as if my home in danger… Not only that, he undervalued my home in a bad way which proves they don’t really do their homework. It’s a shame that this is an Allstate agent not advertising that he is selling Allstate insurance (a reputable company), but rather scaring people in a small community that something may happen to their home by showing creepy road view photos as if someone was there at or on the property. Bad bad bad.
