“As a retired college instructor for the State of Georgia's Certified Customer Specialist Program, I know the tenets of quality customer service both from behind the counter and as a customer. My T-Mobile rep, Bleu, could have taught the course himself! He greeted me, listened, and immediately knew what was causing my brand, new phone to be unable to access the Internet, send texts, and perform several other basic functions: it had been set up improperly. Research finds companies that fix problems earn more loyalty than those who give "okay" service with no problems. Interesting. Bleu also had impeccable manners, a sense of humor, and immediately found common ground with me, a woman probably fifty years older than he, which made me comfortable and able to trust his ability. I entered the store upset with a "broken" new phone, and fearful of being scammed or made to feel stupid since I am not well-versed in cell phone technology. Nine minutes later I was out the door, my new phone in hand and a big smile on my face. The world was right again. Thank you, Bleu. You're the best!”

“I came to this T-Mobile because this was the only one closest to my home, and I was in need of a new device. I walked in and spoke to an associate I believe his name was Chris. Very upstanding gentleman and answered all my questions. I would most definitely recommend his services to my friends. “The Staff was great in the store. All though T-Mobile Corporation allowed someone to fraudulently take over my account. This was after I had Bio security and takeover security turned on and they still allowed it to happen. To rate t-mobile corporate would be a 0 or no STAR.”

“Don’t get me wrong. The phone and live chat customer “service” from Xfinity is horrible. The one bright spot about my time with them was the staff at this store. Each time I visited, the representatives in person were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I was dissatisfied with Xfinity as a whole because of their high prices and horrible phone/chat support, but was always satisfied with the customer service I got at this store. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, but thanks for being a bright spot in the darkness that is Xfinity”

I would be giving this review a 1 star but bc of the service that I eventually received from Carlos at this location HE deserves a 5 star review.I came into this location on 2/19 around 11am. A young lady was vacuuming the floor when I arrived. She asked me what I needed after a few minutes which was fine bc I noticed she was busy. I told her the problem with my phone. She never looked at my account and she never took my phone to inspect it. Instead she told me there was nothing she could do and I needed to call Asurion to make a claim.( black screen) When I had more questions her response was "Ma'am as I stated there's nothing I can do".Carlos heard our convo and asked to inspect my phone. He then noticed it was cracked and damaged. Carlos gave me the number to Asurion and talked me throught the online process. My phone will arrive next day delivery. I have 4 lines with Verizon but I was ready to take my business elsewhere today. This particular line is my business number, which is very important. Thank you Carlos for making me feel valued and like you wanted my business!”
