I used to stay at this hotel throughout the year on numerous occasions. I was very disappointed since it's being taken over by its New Management. The bedspreads had stains on them the floors were not clean the bathtub had a ring around it. Not to mention I contracted MRSA from being in their hotel room from a small scratch from the bed frame. They also charged me $100 deposit because of my last visit I had a child with me who got sick in the middle of the night and the only thing I had to do was cleaned it up and all I had to clean it up with was a towel and I guess the red punch stained their towel had I known that I would have gone and bought them two new white towels for Christ's sake. Not only that by the front desk clerk a gentleman young solicited me for sex I will never stay in this hotel ever again and do not recommend it for anybody else it has completely gone downhillNearby activities: You could go further out into Savannah and go on some of the tours ghost tours some of the slave recorders from the years gone by but again it's not worth staying in this hotel for itWalkability: Lots of things to get to lots of places to go but that doesn't mean that it makes the hotel cleanliness is my priority!Food & drinks: They were near the town of Rincon therefore you had a lot of amenities regarding food and drink there was a pilot straight across the street from the hotel with a Subway in it.

I spent one day here with my husband we needed a little time to ourselves the area was quiet (we were next to housekeeping) our room was clean bed was pretty spacious for us one side did squeak but it didn't bother me only thing I would recommend is a plastic shower cover for the shower so the water won't get on the floor whenever you're taking a shower I usually stay in Hilton and Marriotts but because this was a little getaway I wouldn't mind visiting againRooms: somewhat small but comfortableWalkability: you can walk to nearby storesFood & drinks: plenty of restaurants in the area

The WORST place I’ve ever dealt with!! They have the RUDEST employees!! First time I called the female that answered the phone screamed at me and the second time I called the man hung up on me 3 times!! Each time unprovoked to do so! I had questions and an issue all leading to them being one of the rudest interactions I have ever had!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Noteworthy details: ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST AND WORST PEOPLE I’VE EVER INTERACTED WITH!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

For a 2-star hotel, the service and the rooms are good (not perfect) and correspond to the price. The personnel are nice and very

Absolutely disgusting. If I had the option I would give them zero stars, it doesn’t even deserve one. I booked there for one night just to have somewhere to sleep while on the road so I wasn’t picky I just needed a bed to sleep on. When I got there before even seeing the room off the bat the guy was absolutely rude and acted as if he didn’t have time for us and told us to leave if we didn’t like the hotel. Second of all I paid $25 for a breakfast and he handed me a paper bag with a donut an apple and water. For $25 dollars. Then I get to the room and I immediately smelled a horrendous smell. It hit my chest the second I walked in. I knew as soon as I smelt it, it was musty mold. It was absolutely nauseating and it was so musty I could barley breath and you could feel the moisture from the musty mold in the air and in the whole room. I tried to just tough it out and stay there but I shouldn’t have to pay for a room that I can’t even properly breath in and feel sick to my stomach in. It was the nastiest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I went to the front desk to get a refund and leave and he refused to give me one and not only that but was so rude I decided to just leave at that point I just had to get out of there and into a new hotel.

Very clean. Really nice laminate floors. Non smoking room is actually SMOKE FREE ?.Very clean bathrooms. If you need a cheap clean place to stay for the night or 2 then this is the place. It’s no Ritz-Carlton but definitely better than the average motel 6.

Super cute inn! Very convenient location, close to the interstate and gas stations surrounding. Our only complaint is that the water stopped up during each shower but other than that, it was very nice.

Been meaning to write this a couple weeks ago and finally getting around to it. Great place to stop for the night. Staff very friendly, clean rooms. Right off I95. Not sure what is around there as I was a transient for the night. At this time, no breakfast but doesn't matter. Waffle House and McDonalds across the street (easy walk, traffic lights give you ample time), Plus an Enmarket right next door. Gas/CNG/Diesel and a large convenience store, Taco place next door as well (didn't visit). Hotel price was right! Drawbacks, you must be checked in by midnight or you forfeit your deposit. Wasn't staffed 24 hours when I was there but heck, the management stays onsite. They have to sleep sometime. Will return on my next trip North from FL. Thank you and see you again!

Spent maybe 10 minutes in the room, stained chair, dirty lamps, dirty walls and floor, then found cockroaches in our room. I took pictures and videos of everything and immediately went to the front desk and was offered no kind of refund but instead another room which I denied because I do not feel comfortable staying anywhere that has roaches in one room …

The hotel was pretty decent. The staff at the front desk was nice and professional. Other than them checking me out before I was ready, it was a pretty decent stay. Check out was at 11:00 am and they checked me out at 9:30am. I took my bags with me when I walked down the road because I do not feel safe leaving my bags in the hotel since I knew they would go in without permission. So according to their rules or whatever if you take all your bags with you they consider that's a check out even if you don't call and tell them you're checking out. I've had enough stuff stolen from me to be dumb enough to leave my stuff anywhere. They also do not have a wakeup call service unless you need it after 8 AM. 11pm - 8AM is considered after hours and if you lock your self out during this time you are charged extra to get let in the first time. After that they will make you stay outside all night. Even though you paid for the room they get free money and you get to sleep out in the streets.

Great economy motel in a very busy location The rooms were exceptionally clean and dust free. Unfortunately the building is older and has been remodeled with new flooring. U can hear ppl walking and moving their stuff around on the second floor. There is no breakfast but they do have snack bags. Overall not a bad place fir a night.

I had business in Savannah but didn't want to pay the $200-$300 per night in season summer rate to be close to downtown. The Inn at Mulberry was a 15 minute easy drive to down town and much more affordable. The first thing I noticed driving up was how neat and manicured all the bushes were. Everything was clean and swept and no trash anywhere. At check in the. host was extremely polite and efficient. I am somewhat handicapped. He gave me a bagged breakfast for the next morning. I thought this was fantastic. Not only did I not have to be at the breakfast area at a certain time, I had prepackaged food, apples, and water that I snacked on all day. I didn't have to worry about Covid and who touched the food or how long it had been out. The next thing was the room. It was not your typical cookie cutter hotel room. Someone had actually took the time to think about the decor. It was ornamental with lots of nooks and crannies. I looked around the room and it was so clean. Not a spec of dust anywhere, on the window sills, in corners. No stains or cracked tiles. You can tell someone takes great pride in every aspect of the property. Everything worked..all the lights, tv, hairdryer, coffee machine , refrigerator but most of all the air conditioner. We had a heat wave and it was extremely hot. I slept well. It was quiet, the bed was nice. I have spent hundreds of dollars per night in fancy hotels in Atlanta and lots of other cities and always felt disappointed. I am not disappointed with the Inn at Mulberry. When I go to Savannah, I will never stay anywhere else. These owners actually care and this is a fantastic place to stay

Great place to stay the night on a road trip. Right off I-95 and a busy location but the room was quiet. Nice bath great water pressure. Like the parking right outside the room. Good reception but get there before midnight. I read the reviews of the many local motels and choose the Mulberry.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and cozy... The only thing that I didn't like was the chairs in our room had stains and tears which made me not want to sit on it unless I put a towel down.... Other than that I would definitely stay here
