Obviously a rotating supply of goods in decent to good shape. Odd items and rare finds. Then you can visit the animals afterwards.

This review is for Pet Fix....the spay/neuter/vaccination clinic right next door. I've lived in Savannah a little over a year & this was my 2nd time using them. This time we were bringing in our 2 female kitties to get spayed..it was very busy this morning...not the issue..the issue was the new woman working at the front counter. She was all over the place, messed up our bill..it's very important to make sure animals are getting the correct shots! The front desk person was rude, had a pile of money left out, just sitting on the counter' I told her this & she called me "rude" & huffed off as she then had someone more qualified from the back help check us out! Based on dealing with this terribly rude person that's working here, I probably wouldn't be back! FYI...1st impression is everything!! Hire better people who can multitask!

Yesterday my partner and I welcomed two wonderful boys into our home! Two brother kittens! The staff were wonderful and helpful! Could not say enough amazing things about, a staff member named victoria! As well as two others working were great! The place is kept clean as well as it made my heart happy to see two other older cats adopted!

Absolutely terrible. I told them I have children and I want a friendly small family dog. They showed me a pitbull. They lied and said it was a lab. Umm...no. Obviously don't care if my kids are eaten alive so long as they can pawn off their dangerous mongrels on someone. Blood on your hands. Shame on you. All their dogs were pit bulls. Probably given up for being viscious. They just take them in and then they try to rehome them to unsuspecting people. Beware.

Great shop! Staff are volunteers so purchases help the animals. Neat clean and organized. Betty went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

A good thrift shop. Although I’m only giving three stars because I got there 15 min before they closed. I knew what time they closed but immediately when I walked in the woman said rudely, “you have 5 min.” And then I said, “isn’t it 12 minutes until you close?” I then couldn’t even look in peace and ended up leaving in 5 min anyway because the worker kept making comments. I felt very streusel. I guess closing at 4 means that the employees are done completely at 4, drawer counted and all. They should say they close at 3:30 since they turn down business before 4.

The team here is awesome, most are young but they love the animals and that's what's important to me. The place is well kept and I love my kitty, they let you pet them regardless if you want to take one home and they are constantly sanitizing everything including telling the customers to sanitize. There are so many pets there please go adopt one!!!!

So disappointed. We were excited to support the local humane society while also thrifting but every part of the trip was frustrating. First, unless there's a secret elevator, this place isn't ADA compliant at all. You can only reach the shop via steep, exterior wooden stairs. Second, the pricing is crazy inconsistent. I've thrifted all over this great country of ours and they need to get themselves sorted out. Third, the gals working the shop were cantankerous, rude, and downright disrespectful. We watched them treat other patrons horribly. In retrospect, I wish I'd placed my items down and left without purchasing anything. But I hated the thought of having traversed those stairs and having nothing to show for it. We won't be back.

I tried to drop off donation yesterday and they were closed - so I called no one answers and no message on facebook I live about 20+ miles away How can I find when they are open?

I've been donating my household items here for a while and have never had an issue previously. I dropped off some stuff earlier today and the staff person was extremely rude to me as I was placing my items in bins. I very much felt like I was causing an inconvenience by donating my items (two bags of clothing, mugs, household items, normal donation stuff?). I got the message loud and clear - I will donate elsewhere.
