Right in the heart of Midtown and tons of traffic. Terrible location if you want to go somewhere else like historic downtown. Every amenity was Ala cart. Had to pay for everything separately, including the continental breakfast. Plus, the hotel is dated. Not the posh upscale look!Food & drinks: Full service bar downstairs, great service!!

I deleted my original review because management actually worked with us some. My initial problem was trying to get checked in. We were asked to come back 2 different times to check in and after the last time we were asked decided to just crash in the lobby because we were tired of going out in the heat. It was the hottest day of our stay in Savannah. We sat there and watched at least a dozen people checked in and given rooms while we had been trying for over 4 hours. This was addressed by management. Thank you.We had to rearrange some of our plans we had made. Not getting to check in and take our things up to our room pushed back the plans we had for Friday and were put off until Sunday. We asked for a late check out and were told by the manager that there were no late check outs because they were booked out. My fiancé just happened to check and saw that there were rooms up for grabs that evening.I feel like a lot of the customer service and management things that occurred here were just covered up with lies on top of lies. It's a 3 star hotel, so I don't expect the service to go above and beyond. It was just a place to stay while we had an impromptu visit to explore wedding venues. Will let our guests know what they are getting into if they think about staying here.Oh yeah, I forgot to mention.. the people in the room next to us left their crying infant alone several hours one evening of our stay. Really, really interesting place. Prob won't return.

Tub had residue from stickers being removed - finish the job. Had to pay for parking. Stains on chairs in lobby. Breakfast not included ($13). Not much value in very expensive rooms on the outskirts of Savannah.Updated: sitting in the lobby there’s nobody else here nice quiet time. The guy behind the desk comes in and cranks the radio so much for a quiet time. The music is blaring throughout the entire property inside and out.2nd update: trying to avoid the blurring music I find the quietest place in the lobby, which is in a little corner. Where you can still hear the music more than most people would want at this hour of the morning. So one of the workers who sets up the food is walking around, wiping the tables down and then he gets to mine and says good morning. I say good morning. He proceeds to wipe the table down that I’m sitting at. Anybody taught any of the staff customer service?

Biggest issue was we had was the water got lukewarm at best in the shower, no matter how long you waited. Clean and pleasant people.

Checked in late. A/C in the room was not working, told them in the morning. They stated that maintenance was on property today and would look at it. Tried to call 3 times throughout the day to check on A/C, no answer. Used the "Contact hotel" button in the app and sent a message asking, no response. Came back at 8:30, still not working. Went to front desk, said they would send someone in 3 minutes. No one ever showed. They nickel and dime for everything. $3 for water in the room(unless you are a status member), $7 to park, yet no parking available. Had to park at the neighboring hotel and walk across or on the street.(still would cost $7). Breakfast is only complimentary to Diamond Members and was mediocre at best. Like most American hotels now, no daily maid service. So make sure to grab extra towels on your way in since they only have one person. Unfortunately, with the broken A/C, ours never dried. There are much better options, I failed to read the reviews, I made a big mistake.Rooms: Not very clean. A/C broken and after several attempts never fixed.Food & drinks: Breakfast is only complimentary to Diamond members, and is mediocre at best.

Don't recommend, I went online to reserve a room, the ad said you don't get charged until you arrive and sign in. We decided not to stay because because they wanted $75.00 for my miniature schnauzer to stay. So we left without signing anything. The next day my bank account was charged for the Hilton which we didn't stay. We went to the Comfort Inn they charged $40.00 for my dog.

I checked in late, due to being at a volleyball tournament all day. I get into my bed and think...gross this hotel has old sheets that have balls on them they are so old. When I wake up in the am I realize that was not the texture of the sheets...it was actually just dirty sheets! I then went in to take a shower to find I only had one towel in the bathroom. Clearly no one cleaned this room prior to me checking in. The note on the mirror says to call downstairs if you need cleaning, etc... so I call downstairs only to find that the phone system does not work to call downstairs. So I finally dry my hair to go downstairs to ask for towels for my daughter. The person on staff tells me he will make sure my room gets a full service today. Really? I should've had a full service prior to checking in. Instead I slept in someone elses dirty sheets and then get rewarded by having a full service today? I am not impressed Hilton. I stay at a name brand hotel like this to at LEAST get a clean room. And I am paying premium for a hotel that is less than ideal and has to spray so much perfume in the lobby that you do not smell the stench... but instead walk away feeling sick from all the perfume you have to inhale just to make it to your room. I expected more. I would not suggest this hotel.

Beds are uncomfortable cheap hard brand. The bathrooms need to be bleach and disinfected down. Notice mold on the shower tiles. This is not Hilton quality. I do not recommend this location nor will I stay at this location on my next visit here.

Outdated and a bit worn down for the cost of one night. Wallpaper was peeling and bathroom needed recaulking, but bed was comfortable and all I needed was a place to sleep and use the bathroom. Surface parking is not
