Yesterday I had a great experience in the store. I can't remember her name but the sales specialist was very courteous. She helped turn my afternoon around. I had just left a parts store where I had a really bad experience and it was like she knew. Her positive attitude and great service turned a bad situation into a great ending for me. I found what I needed for a great price and left with positive vibes.

The “Manager Glenn is completely rude does not know how his systems runs. I returned an item and on the receipt he had a different card number which was not mine. When I tried to show him on my online banking the charge from when I bought it with that shows the last 4 of the debit card I did use he told me he didn’t care and to stop showing him because I had to use a different card or it would not show up on the receipt like that. Not to mention I was double charged for the membership which is 29.99 when I originally purchased the item so I was asking for a return on that as well . When I asked so what if the money gets sent to someone else and not beck to me I’ll Just be out of my money which was close to a $100 alone he t replied “well it may just be that it is what it is” so then I asked for his regional mangers name which he refused to give me so I got in contact with their cooperate office who immediately was able to tell me the reason it showed a different number than my debit card. If this “Manager” would have known how to do his job all of this would have been taken care of in 5 minutes or less. This “manager” should be demoted from his management position because obviously he does not how to manage his store or have the knowledge to manage the store. His rudeness was beyond excessive not only to me, but to an elderly gentleman. Once I finally walked out of the store, after failing to get a. regional or general managers number or name from Gleen the so-called store manager who refused to give me a name or number of his regional/general manager I finally was able to get a hold of the corporate office and within five minutes after spending over an hour trying to get this manager”Glenn” to help me understand why my receipt is saying a different card number and within 2 minutes I was able to find out if you use a tap to pay or use your phone to pay they use a different card number on your receipt or so I was told to prevent fraud And that my money would be returned to the right card I used not the card that showed on the receipt. Glenn also refused to give me his name when I was on the phone with corporate, which I ended up getting . Hopefully I will get my money back and I will update this post.. but as for Glenn he either needs to be demoted or fired, he is not qualified, nor has the type of knowledge that is acquired to be a manager for him not to know something so simple that I was able to find out within five minutes while calling corporate. We have a shop, and we buy a lot of tools from here and to have someone talk to me in the manner that he Has, he didn’t care anything, not about my money that I wanted to be refunded it was just absolutely insane. I really hope corporate you will reply or give me a call I know yall do you have my number. I love Harbor freight and I love their tools. But some people just don’t cut out for certain jobs. don’t have patience, and the gentleman is definitely thinks just because he was given the title that he can do you and say whatever he pleases, and offers no assistance in finding out a solution

Cash register lady was very polite and nice and I usually don’t sign up for anything but she took the time to show me how I would save money and most have been from Mississippi or somewhere she had the sweetest southern accent.

Wow!! Me and my husband were already stressed about our generator not being or having enough power. A long day turned out really good Trevor was very patient. Even though the generator we wanted wasn’t in he made sure that we got what we needed. Eric at the register was helpful as well. A hectic day was definitely smoothed out by these two. Thank y’all again!!
