This great clips has lost one of the best stylist that worked for them which is Eric Simmons, know they have to settle for no talent?? like makenna who wants to be a cutting diva and can't cut a fade, a bob, dang can't even cut bangs, but they runs and tell everything to the owner except for what she do, like get high in the back of the store, smoke cigarettes like there going out of style, then come back in the store to cut hair, complains about Miller and how she should be manager and not him, this store and the owner is like a scam, everyone wants to be the leader and can't even lead they self, makenna please you and Miller continue to take classes on how to properly fade a hair cut and a bob clearly hair cutting and styling isn't your talent, and after a year of messing most o your clients hair up it will never be your thing, I wouldn't pay anyone in this store for something as simple as a consultation, but with all respect continue messing up people's hair ain't like y'all care anyway enjoy y'all lonesome journey???

The staff is great been coming for awhile now. Just the past two visits the store has been uncomfortably hot. Something has too be done to fix the A/C

I cannot overstate what an amazing job Eric did with my fade. I went in with hair down to my lower back and just wanted it gone. Eric was on it!! I told him what I wanted and he wasted no time getting it done. Probably only about 20 minutes total. I feel like a brand new man. Thank you so much.

Heather was amazing. She was super professional and funny and knew exactly how to cut my hair the way I like. I highly recommend Great Clips and especially Heather. She is excellent.

Sign said "walk-ins welcome". Only one person before me but people kept coming in and taken ..... nobody told me that on reservations were taken first and I wasted 30 minutes waiting and left....

I was skeptical walking in after reading some reviews but I was immediately greeted and sat in a chair in seconds. Eric was the barbers name and he did an awesome job. I was in and out in 10min I’ll definitely be going back a seeing him.

I arrived at this Great Clips location on a Sunday at 9:55 am. The store was supposed to open at 10 am. Both employees showed up late. The first employee arrived and said hello, then went into the store and the door remained locked. The second employee arrived, unlocked the store but didn't say anything to me or the other 2 people waiting outside. The three of us stood there & weren't really sure if we should follow her in. Then we figured we could go in since the "Open" light was turned on. We all waited 15 minutes before anyone got seen by the stylists. In total, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a haircut. After this experience, I would not recommend going to this location. I wish I could chat with the owner, who I was told owned 4 of these franchises in Savannah. He should be aware of the lack of customer service.

Wow. Not even sure what happened to my boyfriend’s head. The fade is uneven (like stair steps and different lengths), choppy, and halfway up his head. Looks like someone put a bowl on his head and danced around with a trimmer. I would absolutely not recommend this great clips location.
