An amazing and fun way to safely experience Savannah after dark! The guide was knowledgeable on both the historic and haunted past of the city, and she kept it so fun! You’ll get exclusive after hours access to two locations, so it felt extra personal. And it just feels different at night versus during the daytime.
I’d say that the age warning is a little excessive as there were only jump scares, not actual spooky or gruesome aspects. The very end was definitely the best with the storyteller and special effects!

Throughly enjoyed the tour. Caroline, our tour guide, did a great job entertaining us with stories.

We had an absolutely horrible experience on this tour. We were in town for a conference and had such a wonderful experience on the Hop on Hop Off-Old Town trolley that we decided to book the Ghosts and Graveyards Experience. There were 10 of us who joined the tour together. Unfortunately, this was nothing compared to the day time guides and everyone was extremely disappointed. Our assigned guide, Anna, was horribly demeaning and rude to the customers. She made snarky and rude comments to guests. When one guest said boo she yelled at the guest telling them they would not yell or talk loudly on 'her tour'. Repeatidly she hushed people while she proceeded to rambled about. The audio in the bus was horrible and very muffled, that combined with her voice and tone caused several to get headaches (including a number of people who were not in our party). At one point she asked a question and when nobody knew the answer (because honestly we didn't even hear the question) she said "at least someone knows what I'm talking about, you people know nothing. ". When in the Andrew Low House she told us to shooooo and move along then yelled at people for talking or actually moving along. When someone asked for a bathroom she said you should know better than to ask that on a bus tour and proceeded to tell them to go to the gas station but said the tour would not wait form them. She spoke poorly of other guides and the driver stating she knows how to get them to do what she wants. Then at one point she said she would literally kill people if she could get her hands on a house to buy. Needless to say about 1/2 way through the tour, several of us exited and went about our business elsewhere. It was a colossal waste of time and money and we were all disappointed.
**Update the company has been super apologetic and even refunded our trip. **

I AIN'T AFRAID OF NO GHOSTS!!!
I took a chance on taking the ride I never thought I would ever take, my first ghost tour in Savannah on the Old Town Trolley Tours Ghosts & Gravestones Frightseeing Tour. Had hopes of greeting some ghosts. Enjoyed the historic ghost tales shared by the friendly and entertaining Ghost Host. Savannah might be considered America's Most Haunted City, but I didn't get to experience any paranormal events on this visit, no ghosts, no orbs, no eco mists, but enjoyed the entertainment. Maybe next time. Check out the pictures, watch the videos. You be the judge.

The only part of the tour that wasn't good was the fact that they close the cemeteries at dusk, other than that, the trek across the necropolis was eerily humbling...

First of all, there seemed to be some disorganization and half our group had 1 time stamped on our hands and some others had another time. That was OK however, the tour guide, Cecelia was giving us attitute and the manager 3 times had to tell her that it was a stamp mistake and that we were all together. This was before we got on the bus, she seemed ticked off about what was probably an innocent mistake by the persons who were doing the stamping, but my first impression of her was not good because she let us see that she was ticked off about the situation which made us uncomfortable. Not sure if that lead into my next comment or not but I had trouble following her story telling - I did not find her engaging at all. If I were to ever do this tour again I would NOT want to go on her tour bus.
What really sealed the deal for me making this a bad experience was at our first stop, after re-boarding the bus, a person who introduced herself as a manager hopped on the bus and was extremely rude and condescending. She stated, "I understand there is a noise problem with this group" which I found interesting because I had not noticed that anyone was making excessive noise. But the way she came across I felt was unprofessional, and very rude.
I don't need to be on a tour that I paid for to be spoken to like a child and scolded for something that didn't even seem to be a problem. In addition, someone near the back of the bus had apparently had a cup that fell over when the driver moved the bus. Again the manager gave the entire bus a stern lecture about having alcohol aboard the tour being agains the rules (which I do understand) but I am sure they must have known who it was and I felt it again extremely disrespectful to be scolded as a group of peons. This was the straw that broke the camel's back and I would not recommend or care to join this company's tour again.

I was really excited to go on tour. I was on girls trip visiting Savannah for the very first time on Halloween of all days!! Everything seem to be going well! Then after first tour of the haunted house- which was not haunted- the manager of ghost tour got on trolley started yelling at us which was not a pleasant tone at all for being to loud which we were not. We participated in tour and respected the property. She talk down to us like a high school lecture saying someone brought alcohol on trolley and we cannot have that on here! I saw no one drinking anything the whole entire tour. So this was news to all in group. It killed my vibe the rest of the night it was not what I expected. The host was overtly obnoxious it felt like everything was staged and not very scary. So for a Halloween tour I’d say it was not that fun and a let down.

August and Lilith were such fun tour guides! Definitely great for groups who also aren’t trying to walk a ton. Definitely recommend!

Total disaster. Not worth it at all. I'm not sure how people are still paying that much for this tour.

I give two stars for the boy who set the scene despite not understanding anything he said, he tried to create a good setting, if it weren't for him I would give one star.
It is well set and with actors who seem to tell funny things, it is clear that there is no foreign tourism in Savannah, only from other states in the USA since they are not able to invest in an audio guide system in other languages like the ones we have in Spain at all. museums and tourist attractions to make it easier for French, English, German, Chinese, and Japanese people to simultaneously have the explanation in their own language. That's why I would only give one star since I speak and understand English but the southern accent is difficult to understand and I couldn't understand anything.
$91 for two people an hour and a half for what they give I see it as expensive, they take you through the streets in the tram-type mini bus, you visit a house (the only thing that is worth the trip), you are supposed to see a cemetery but they stop you outside the fence and nothing more, they don't take you down to take a walk through the cemetery, which would be the most natural and desirable thing to do.
Then an atmospheric place called Perkins & Sons Chandlery, where they tell you stories, if you don't understand southern English, don't spend the money. I also don't understand why you can't record or take photos in the local setting called Perkins, it's nothing special, just saying that you can't use flash or cell phone lighting that bothers others, the screen can be dimmed to don't bother
Another thing that surprises me, I read somewhere that it was not suitable for children and several went on the 8 pm night excursion. I asked the driver if we could get off at the Marriott hotel and she said no, I wasn't feeling well and it was a long walk from the final station, she wasn't able to say, we stopped next to the hotel at a show they give there in Perkins & Sons, you can get off there to avoid the long walk back to the hotel.
Throughout Savannah I have seen little empathy and very rude people everywhere and you have the feeling that they treat you with the tip of the toe. Will it be a strange atmosphere in Georgia because it is a southern state? In California everyone is kind and pleasant and the same in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, I never had that unpleasant feeling of being treated with the tip of the foot as if I were annoying.

This tour was okay, would not pay to do it again. The last stop with the storytelling and acting was probably the best part of this tour. I appreciated the opportunity to tour two of the houses after hours on this tour. However, we had a hard time hearing the tour guide, the trolly was extremely warn down and made terrible mechanic noises that made it difficult to hear the tour guide, and we did not feel like we walked away learning anything. After purchasing a book on Savannah Ghost Stories, two of the tales the tour guide told us were verbatim from the book. We wished they had elaborated on the paranormal activity that occurs to this day, or why they were haunted.
