Although I cancelled an order I placed online today, I will try the Victoey Blvd. location out in person because of the professionalism of the manager, Hyman C. He listened to my concerns and I felt he really cared about the customer service issue I had. I've found it best not to do business at Home Depot on Saturdays, and I learned today that it is probably best not to order online. My best experiences are when I go into the local Home Depot to survey products available. Then you can usually get the help you need. Thank you, Home Depot, for resolving my customer service issue at the store.

Do not buy home appliance here!~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!Waited over a month for a new unit fridge ! 3 attempts and then they finally said they would give me a refund! Still waiting on refund! First two were damaged and they were like," do you still want? We can give you a discount... looking like a busted piñata at a party. Bunch of clowns Also!!! Buy online! Do not buy from store using debit card- thy will milk you from giving you a refund. It's a nightmare battle between customer service and this franchise! It's a nightmare to return new, unused appliances at this franchise! Do not buy appliances here. Do not shop at this specific franchise/ waste your timeLowe's has way better deals/ way better customer service. Literally bought a new refrigerator after all the Home Depot nonsense and it came with in two days!! Headache = Homedepot Walk in the park = Lowe's

This review has nothing to do with this particular store, but Home Depot overall. I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer using the Home Depot app. I was given a delivery date that was 10 days later. I was emailed with instructions if what to expect, which was a phone call from the delivery team on the day before delivery with a delivery window. I get the call but it's not a delivery window, it's to tell me that the washer is backordered. I am then told I will get another call to tell me when to expect it. The next call comes in and I'm told it will be delivered a month from the day we are talking (which was 2/23). I tell them that is unacceptable and I'm sure that they knew before that day that the washer was unavailable. Cancel the order and refund my payment, I will shop elsewhere. The delivery person transferred me to Home Depot as they were Maytag. Home Depot canceled the order, apologized for their lack of communication, refunds take 3-5 business days. I get a refund for the dryer on the 27th. I contact Home Depot to find out what happened to the rest of the refund. I'm told that it's processing. I wait a few days and still haven't received the refund so I contact them again. This time (it's now 3/9) I'm told that they will forward it to the IT department and I will get an update in 12-24 hours. 24 hours later, I contacted them again. Now I'm told that the vendor is closed and they can't do anything until Monday. I say I didn't pay the vendor, I paid YOU. I'm now told that I didn't get the refund because the item isn't at the vendor. I'm like so you sold me something you don't have, and can't refund it until you have it????? Now I'm promised it will be handled Monday once they get a code from the vendor to refund the order. I will absolutely never set foot inside of a Home Depot again! They have over $900 of my money held hostage! After canceling the order, I went to Lowe's on a Friday and the appliances were delivered that Sunday....... I am absolutely DONE with Home Depot. One star because I can't give ZERO STARS!!!!

I'm doing some work in my backyard and needed to get one of the saws from behind the locked counter. I'm still not entirely sure why they're locked up because there are other tools similar to these of greater value that aren't locked up. But anyways, there I was, waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come, but no one did.I had asked someone politely and was shrugged off initially. That's fine, I get it, working at Home Depot on a weekend sucks, but I didn't lock the saw behind the counter. When the Home Depot man came, he seemed slightly agitated by me asking for assistance. Again, that's fine, no problem as long as you're helping.I bought my tool, took it home to use it and of course, it looked like it had been used before and the blade wasn't in there. (I had ordered extra blades thankfully)But c'mon, I shouldn't be paying full price for a used piece of equipment with a missing blade. I also believe they had the wrong user manual in the box. Not the best Home Depot.

Best Home Depot ever. Professional, well trained, courteous and friendly employees in a VERY busy store. They go out of their way to help customers find things. Little to now wait time to check out even when store is swamped. Manager of this location should be commended for building such a great team. Visited 6 times in the last ten days and experience was always good. Totally different than other Home Depot's and Lowe's.

BEWARE! I ordered a dishwasher and paid for delivery 3 months ago. It was delayed 3 weeks due to back order, which is not a problem. The. The crazy started. They use Last Mile delivery. This unprofessional company has rescheduled 5 times. Spoke to supervisors. He didn't care at all. Now they've done something that makes no sense. Maybe they gave delivery back to HD. They were supposed to deliver today. Still nothing. About to file small claims court lawsuit. Every time I call it's as if it's first time. Lawsuit required to get a stupid dishwasher. BEWARE.

Went tonight to purchase toilet seat and purchase 4 bales of straw. Upon asking about the straw the lady who works in the lawn and garden shop asked me how badly I needed and I replied I need 4 bales. She then went on to inform me she was the only one working and the trailer was outside and she did not feel secure going outside????????????????????? I remained polite and replied thank you I will go else where and purchase it when I have time. First of all there were male associates in the store and second of all why could she not offer to reach out to a manager for assistance? I guess the customer does not come first which is typical of Savannah.
