Loved my experience here, mainly because of the staff. Curt stood out so much, he was so helpful, caring, and thoughtful. I went in with my husband and baby, he was very courteous and helped with grabbing different sizes and helping us feel comfortable.
Having a new baby is hard getting used to but Curt went above and beyond by probably working so attentively as usual but made my experience much smoother.

Got a taste of some good old fashioned service by Curt. He helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. He stayed with me and ran for different sizes while also managing to help everyone else. I haven’t had service like that in a long time. Thanks Curt!

It was fairly clean & had very few clothing choices not their fault though. They started to have conversations with everyone but us and just stared at us when we were ready to checkout nobody ever came to help us buy things they just stood there and stared eventually we got tired of waiting and just left

I had the most pleasant time at the Gap in historic downtown Savannah yesterday morning. Curt helped me throughout my shopping experience. He gave me my privacy and I didn’t feel like he was leaning over my shoulder, but he checked in every now and then and offered to take the clothes I had gathered to a dressing room for me. While I was changing, Curt regularly asked if I needed any different sizes in what I had picked out. Other employees also checked up on me while I looked around. Shopping is usually so difficult for me, especially trying on clothes and navigating all the different sizes— but the employees here made me feel comfortable and welcome. I ended up even staying longer than I had planned to, looking through clothes that I didn’t realize Gap carried like athletic wear. Chi checked me out at the counter and he was very patient with me as I went through my many gift cards lol xD The sales are fantastic, the clothes are quality stuff, and the staff sets a high bar. I am local and will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you all so much for such a great shopping experience!!
