After paying to receive my package on a specific date and receiving an email that it would be delivered on that day (signature required) I spent all day waiting for it. Called customer service and was told it was delayed. The following day I attempted to talk with customer service again and was told it was delayed and still in the warehouse. later Tuesday evening I received a call to arrange a delivery time I told them I would be available on Wednesday. On Wednesday still no package....I called customer no service again after going onto their website to request a delivery to the local FedEx retail store on Abercorn and after 20 minutes on hold was told they would take care of it. Then On Thursday Morning I received a text notifying me that the package had been delivered and I had signed for it....I WAS ACROSS TOWN AT THE TIME THE DRIVER FORGED MY SIGNATURE.

my mattress has been delayed for over 12 days and no straight answers from anyone. it keeps saying my package is being held here. why? they don’t give me any straight answers. my mattress was supposed to be here 7/31 it’s 8/12. and every time i try to talk to someone they say it’s been delayed by the weather or some other blatant lie. i even talked to a real person on the phone who ignored all of my questions and told me someone would contact me in 24-48 hours because she made a report. that never happened. she lied. i hate fedex from the bottom of my heart. because of them i have slept on an air mattress on the ground for over a. week. i despise fedex.

This center mishandled my package. My FFL went to both their ground and air locations and still cannot find the package. Each place blaming the other one had it. Ended my package got sent back to the shipper despite I spent over an hour on phone with customer service to have it hold here for pick up.

I had a shipment it was set to be delivered February 2nd I got 2 of my 3 items. Item #3 i was told would be delivered on the 2nd. I was marked delivered but apparently is still at this facility. I can't pick it up and we are suffering because we're waiting on a bed and have to sleep on the floor until it arrives. FedEx has had terrible communication and still can't tell me when I will receive my bed

Came here looking for a package ? and Matthew was Awesome, came out in the rain and helped me resolve my situation! He was very polite, professional and said he would call me back once the package was found and re-routed to a better address. It's very Unfortunate that a lot of the reviews are so negative, but my experience seemed to be Great! Thank you for taking care of me, I really appreciate that! ???

FedEx keeps making excuses for my package when it’s sitting in the facility on a truck accordingly that they aren’t unloading today. I give them 0 stars if I could. It’s always something with FedEx and their workers not getting the customers their orders.

Ir has become a joke! They have been coming up with excuses since before the holidays to not deliver when it says it's on the truck! This time they are holding my medical supplies for where I got bit by a brown recluse! They need to get it together!!! Wasting my time and money!

This is the WORST FedEx location and it has the most unprofessional station manager. My package was received at this station on Thursday and it was pending to be delivered for Friday. Nothing. Saturday, nothing. I call customer service and they had this branch manager call me, which he informed me the package will be out for delivery on Sunday. Sunday, nothing. Call customer support again. The branch manager then informs customer support that the package will be out for delivery on Monday. The station manager could give two s***s about your packages! This person needs to get fired since he can’t even do his job!

They sent us our first package on 12/12 it had holes in the box and screws and parts falling out so we returned it and we were supposed to get our new package 12/19 here it is 12/23 about to be Christmas and this is something supposed to be from Santa they keep making up excuses it’s supposedly been on the truck everyday but still not delivered and this morning they said the label was unreadable so they had to have the whole day to print another label so we won’t get it today either, my parents are at the wear house my dad is yelling at the gate they still won’t give the package claiming they can’t find it ? like they tell everyone who comes to pick up their package, they all act slow like they eat crayons.

Terrible customer service. My package has been on truck for 3 days and I’m keep getting updates that they attempted to deliver and I wasn’t home. I been home all day waiting and got proof with my camera system.

If I could do zero star that would be my option. I am highly disappointed in fedex. I have multiple packages that have not been delivered to my home. According to the tracking, it’s at facility, gets put on truck for delivery, then returns to facility for operational delay. This has been going on for a week. Then I see false claims that it has the wrong address. I call the 800 number verify that address is correct and voice my concern. I have filed a complaint and have been told that the comments on the tracking details stating it has been placed on truck are false and that it has not left the warehouse. WTH! I was told that can go to warehouse and pick it up. What is the point in paying for shipping when they are unable ti fulfill their part of the transaction. I am contacting the sellers and notifying them of issue, maybe FedEx will loose business contracts. So frustrating!!!

This location kept package hostage for almost 2 weeks. I could see on the tracking information that my package had arrived in Savannah on the 24th of November. After 4 or 5 days of seeing my package "out for delivery will arrive by 8 pm" I decided to contact customer service. Their customer service did nothing except give me a date that they said they would have more information by. When the date they told me came they had no new information and customer service would just give me a new date a couple of days later. Each time I spoke with customer service I would see a new update on the tracking information. "Out for delivery" or "shipping label damaged replaced shipping label". So after about 3 or 4 times going back and forth with FedEX customer service with no results or any useful information, I decided to try to speak to someone locally that may be able to help me. I went to a FedEx ship station they were kind but could not give me any information except my package is at one of the warehouses in town. She gave me the addresses and I went to the one closest to my house. Luckily when I arrived here they told me my package was here but they could not find it. I was told they will locate it and call me in the morning. Next afternoon still no call and there is no phone number where I can call this facility so I decided to contact the merchant for a refund. After speaking with the merchant they said their logistics department would have to get ahold of FedEx to see what is going on. The following morning I recieved a text from FedEx saying my package is on the way and an hour or so later I recieved a call from the warehouse saying they could not guarantee I would have my delivery today. I asked if I could just come and pick it up, they agreed. So I paid for shipping and had to pick up my own package 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery while I was given the runaround by Fedex customer service and this location. I will definitely make sure in the future when I spend my hard earned money on something it will never be touched by FedEx.

This FedEx location steals packages. They will scan a package incorrectly on PURPOSE. I came to this facility to retrieve a box of meal prep items. After speaking to SEVERAL CSRs , I was given the address and told I could pick up my package. Upon arriving at the facility, the smallest and most preventable mistakes were being made in order to retrieve my package. These people just tried everything in their power to tell me that my package was on a trailer after sending a correspondence for updating my address. Being that this is the delivery station, once taken OFF of a trailer, it does not go back on. Once an item is SCANNED it means the item is no longer in the trailer, and is now moving around the facility. Again, once an item is take off of the trailer , is does NOT go back on. As I am standing outside of this facility, I call CSR and speak to a supervisor that begins to tell me they are not answering the phone at the facility. Mind you. I’m still sitting outside of this facility maybe 2mins after speaking to a facility manager face to face. If you have not received a package that was supposed to be delivered by this facility, please call CS and file a report to open an investigation. We need this facility shut down or it needs new staffing. Entirely new staffing. From management down to delivery. The investigation is still open and I will be commenting and leaving reviews until it is over.

They need to shut this location completely down, and start from scratch. I spent over two hours at this location trying to track a package that has not yet been delivered to me. The staff is incompetent, and could care less. No telling how much they cost businesses who use them.
