Wish I could do 0 stars. I don’t usually do reviews, but this place’s customer service was so bad I had to. The poor cashier up front is being managed by rude lady with an attitude who clearly hates her job. Will never return!

Stopped, here to this Family Dollar around 8:30 the doors are locked before 10:00 I don't understand waste of time and gas.!

Staff was friendly prices are good but the store was in much disarray there was Freight everywhere on the floor and lots of trash typical of a lot of dollar stores

Family Dollar on Montgomery Cross Roads was awesome. They had just what I was looking for and at a great price too. They do not gouge people. The customer service was fantastic. Tim the store manager was very helpful and professional. Pleasant atmosphere

First, I will say that the young lady at the register tonight was very polite and eager to fix my issue. However, my issue was that I purchased an item from the candy Isle and realized when I got home that it expired 6 months ago. Now, I should have checked it before purchasing, but I was in a rush. The larger issue here is that no one checked these items for expiration for 6 months. That should be absolutely unacceptable and management needs to reevaluate the quality control process ASAP. I get understaffing and all with COVID, but that should never lead to 6 months expired products. Someone is going to get food poisoning and then you'll have a lawsuit on your hands.

Shelves always bare, new delivery always piled up in boxes in the aisles so you can't get to the items behind it on the shelves or buy the items in the boxes, never know which register is open cause they don't use their lights, severely understaffed, not all employees are friendly or customer-focused, not a really clean store either. Big difference from just a few years ago when they opened. Might just have to go outta my way and cross the street to Dollar General.
