Earlier this morning around 8:50, I was about to walk into this store and it was locked. Then there was this lady in there with a bun and glasses on that pointed up top and it was a time poster, then had the nerve to rudely shout out “9!” Like ma’am, did you not see me reading the times? After that I said okay and went to Kroger instead. I haven’t been to this location in so long, I forgot they opened at 9. I just don’t like when a stranger yells at me. I don’t care who you are. If you don’t know me, you don’t have no right to disrespect me or talk to me all kind of way ?

Store is NEVER EVER OPEN, according to the internet it's open, but I guarantee it is not when I get there, I'll see employees walking around inside but there will be a sign claiming they are STILL DOING inventory. That's what they have been for about 3 weeks now.

Probably one of the worse family dollar branches here in Savannah Georgia, they are always closed during business hours, the store is always crowded with boxes I wish I could give this place zero stars I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Store always closed never open at 8 what is the purpose of the hours being 8 am to 10? It’s now 10:30 and customers are pulling on the door and they’re still closed wow

Defining your employees as “the fat one” while in the process of checking someone out is disrespectful. I can understand if you don’t remember their name but there’s other ways to say that. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all

It was the first Family Dollar I went in that doesn't sell food. It's all kind of other stuff but they don't sell any food or dairy products they have no refrigerator cases at all. They don't sell canned goods or packaged food except for pet food and boxes of cold breakfast cereal.

This is a pretty good Family Dollar store conveniently located off the ever busy Victory Drive. They're hardly ever overcrowded here mostly thanks to some decent customer service which keep the lines moving nicely. My only complaint would be their typically cluttered isles otherwise awesome place for a quick shopping trip.
