The store was so cute. The woman that rung me up, Cathy, was so so helpful and friendly. They had the perfect gifts for my friends and family. I can’t wait to come to Savannah again so i can come visit Factor’s Cottage !

The owner refuse to allow me and my group in because we had face shield on. I have been all over Savannah and have never been turned away because of a face shield. She miss quoted the mayor. And the white people behind us had no masks and she allowed them in. I'm appalled that this company would do this. I will never shop with them or their other business.

If you are waling on Bay Street east, you will want to stop and not just past by 'Factor's'. The service is top notch

This is more for the elderly crowd of Savannah tourists in my opinion, but there were some nice trinkets and jewelry. The staff was very nice and the location is awesome. The view from this entire area is gorgeous, looking out over the river. It's fun to just walk around and visit all of these shops, spending the day getting some exercise and spending a bit of money on local small businesses.

Cute place with a lot of various items for sale. Some quirky and curious stuff. In a cool location, it's nice to stop in on your walk through Savannah.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store my last day in Savannah, GA 03/06/2015. We saved our last visit to the historic river district for the last day and arrived seeking a place to park, anyone new to Savannah should know that finding free parking is rare, so be prepared to pay either to park in a private lot or to pay the parking meters. We parked our car and could not locate the number to put into the parking meter and were beginning to get frustrated when I decided to happen into Factors Cottage, the owner was a pleasant as ever and even came out to show us that the numbers were at the back of car... of course we felt foolish, but she said it happens often. We decided to start our river walk on the backside which is close to the water, we strolled along for sometime and then ventured back to feed the meters again. ($2.00 for 2 hrs) after 5:00 its' free. We were there most of the day, so we saved Factors Cottage for the last visit. What a lovely, lovely shop, full of amazing things. Books, Stationary, Jewelery, Scarves, Postcards....it can either be a tourist's saving grace when looking for souvenirs or a locals favorite place to shop for friends and family. The owner is engaging and pleasant to speak with and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Can't wait to visit again!

Nice Shop in a Cool area by the River! One of the Better Shops on Bay street - Beats most of the places on Bay, River and everything in between! MY wife and I took a few minutes to look around before heading down the steep stairs to the River!
