I drove three hours and 30 minutes to come look at the SUV because I really liked it and I was ready to take it home. I contacted them while we were on the road to let them know we were on the way. I also told them we had to go back to Savannah soon because we had an event to attend. When I was on the phone with them they told me the car would be ready. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find the key. The car wasn’t ready. The interior of the car was very dirty. It had an odor. Patches from the carpet were gone. Some type of Liquid was wasted on all of the seat. A Kool-Aid stains on the floor. It was a lot of scratches and dents on the exterior.
Overall my husband and I was very concerned because no one told us what type of condition the car was in before we drove four hours and 30 minutes away. If no one told us what was wrong with the physical condition. No one is not going to tell us the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
I told The employee who was assisting me how I felt about my visit. The employee didn’t apologize that my visit went the way it did. The employee didn’t respond to me at all.
I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. They have to work on their customer service and being honest with a customer.
