Our package was delivered with great care! Tim was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. He was very patient as we worked hard to get out box into the building.

A great place to work, especially since we moved to our new facility. With more new equipment and technology to handle the freight volume of our Savannah regions incredible needs. Nice work environment, great people, and most importantly a good company that has my back when things get rough.

Beautiful terminal. Seams like we have something we need to grow into. Definitely 100% better than the old terminal. If you did not get to experience the old mud hole check out the remember where you came from photos near the door.

You dropped my pallet off in Statesboro Georgia (I live in Savannah) and did not have anyone sign for it. The next day the manager of the apartment complex notified me that they received my freight in error and that it was just left at their front door. The pallet was then delivered here and we secured it in our garage until we returned from our vacation. When we went to put it together we realized that we only received HALF of the order. When the merchant reached out to you, your response was that the invoice was signed and nothing was mentioned about any missing items. On that point you are correct...I asked the driver how I knew what I was signing for and he pointed to the 7 boxes on the invoice WHICH I CIRCLED and signed for. I do not have a logistical background to know what your invoices look like and I was relying on your delivery person to explain my delivery.This delivery is for my son's Eagle Scout project....last thing he has to do to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. He raised the money after speaking at our church and from social media. In scouting, we try to teach our young men to do a good deed daily and be trustworthy....too bad that we now have to figure out what to do next.Thank you for allowing my son to learn a valuable life lesson.... It's unfortunate that he had to learn this at the age of 15.

My first contact with Estes was Kim. Her paperwork indicated that my order had arrived. She was super helpful on setting up a delivery day and time. I hadn't heard from Estes on delivery day by 4pm. I called back, lucky me, I got Mr Willie. He advised me that my order had'nt arrived yet. He was so professional and kind. I'm sure he expected me to be upset. (NOT) I called again for clarification, lucky me(again) I got Daniel SMITH. He discovered that my order was hung up in middle ga. Over all experience with Estes was wonderful, due to Kim, Mr Willie and Daniel SMITH

Driving down Bay Street to 80 one of their drivers came over on us causing us to swerve now we have 2 popped tires and the driver kept going. (He has slammed on breaks and was just blocking the road so we went to pass him) if you’re drivers can’t be safe maybe they shouldn’t be on the road. I hope this company does the right thing and at least offers to replace one of the tires. He could have killed someone.

We were just ran off the road by one of their drivers. We have 2 blown tires and I'm leaving reviews everywhere since we're stuck waiting on a tow truck! Teach your drivers how to drive or take their keys! Luckily we just have blown tires instead of something worse.

My experience with Estes Express Lines was a pleasure, great customer service. Updates were made available every hour on the hour, in and out and on my way with package fast.

We recieve a phone call at 7:30am, they are delivering today. We wait until 4:45pm no call no show and we call back and ask; the distpatcher where our packages was. The dispatcher says he contacted the driver and will be here in 10 mins., no more than 30 mins. We wait another hour and the assistant terminal manager John says the truck never came to our town and he had to picked more shipments, the driver was 45 mins away... Estes corporate plays the transfer game, we have spoke to 16 people and hung up on 4 times.

Estes driver/dispatch and account manager out of the Savannah terminal are among the best tin the business! Always reliable/always responsible! Extreme loyalty from me as a customer due to their high customer service standards.
