They were very efficient at check in and check out. Vehicle was clean except for a candy wrapper and large water bottle found underneath passenger front set. I would definitely rent from them again.

Rented a car at Savannah Int. Airport. Process was quick with no problems. Car was in clean condition and ran well. The only thing that was a problem was that the interior of the front windshield had a haze on it and was difficult to see through. Very hazardous as I had picked the car up late at night and it was hard to see. Dropped the car back off in Charleston with no issues and quick return. I have never had any issues with Enterprise and would recommend them.

We had a problem with our rental and they didn’t help us at all. Said they were sold out, told us to go to a carshop to fix the problem. Customer service was really the worst.

Awesome experience with the Enterprise in Savannah. Landed at about 9pm and got checked in for my rental in probably 10 minutes. Super helpful and professional employees!

Unfortunately this was another instance of reserving one specific type of vehicle only to find there were "none available" when I arrived. I was offered a Jeep Wrangler Sport but found out very quickly how unacceptable that choice was for someone such as myself. Ended up with a van. Luckily the gas mileage wasn't ghastly but certainly not the ride I wanted. The customer service reps were helpful in getting me a vehicle--any vehicle apparently-- but the experience has soured me on Enterprise as this begins to seem the norm now.

We picked up our Yukon on the 24th last week. Waited only a couple minutes in line. Hannah was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Left to pickup the car and was greeted by a friendly face in the lot that helped us to locate the car.Overall a really effortless and great experience!

I used to rent from enterprise regularly, but haven’t had the need lately. I needed to rent a car for a work trip. When I checked in, they automatically upgraded me to a full size. It was a Dodge Charger, and it was awesome! So was the check out and return process. It could not have been easier or faster. The personnel were pleasant and efficient. I could not be happier with the experience.

Making the reservation online was effortless. The Savanah, GA, airport's customer service representative was courteous and professional. My reason for only a four-star rating is that even though we had a newer minivan, it was very dirty. Wiping down the steering wheel, seats, and armrests with Clorox disinfecting wipes showed that these items had not been cleaned in some time, and the inside of the windows looked as if they were never cleaned. Enterprise needs to do better in these areas.

Pickup was a breeze. The desk staff were kind and quick. The app and customer rewards are nice and easy. The only issue I had was minor, as the key fob of my rental was low on battery. It lasted me through it, though! I tried contacting the desk about it, but it brought me to an automated prompt and hold due to high call volume. I figured it was minor, so I hung up. I guess I'd recommend a more direct communication line for current renters. Another minor thing was that the car had many stains. It was clean and didn't smell, but it was clearly a heavily used rental. I'd rent from here again. The staff at the desk also made the experience very pleasant.

The agents behind the counter need to lose the attitude when they are dealing with customers. If they are having a bad day, that’s their problem. Be professionals and make better choices in life. They tried to give me a vehicle that had so many large scratches on it. That is a terrible representation of the company. When I reported it to the counter, I was told to just take pics of the scratches. I refused. The pictures really don’t show the severity of the damage. After i refused, there was a display of attitude from the woman behind the counter.She finally decided to let me look at more vehicles but they also had significant amounts of scratches on them as well. I finally decided to just take whatever vehicle at this point. I definitely didn’t get the vehicle that I reserved. Instead, I ended up with a rolling scratch mobile. Won’t be using Enterprise the next time I visit Savannah, GA.

Worst car rental experience ever!!!If you have kids, do no rent with this agency.We have a 15 month old baby, and selected the online option to add a car seat to our rental.When we got to our car, they brought 2 car seats that were at least 10 years old. Neither of them fit our child. Neither of them could be installed into the vehicle (we tried 2 different cars). We were told the only option was to go with another car rental, which we will absolutely be doing in the future. My husband drove to Walmart and had to purchase one, for which he was told “we will not be reimbursing you for the seat”.Way to go enterprise. It appears the safety of children is your lowest on your priority list, such a shame

The people were very understanding with my problem I had a rental witch I got hit from behind and the only place I could get another car was here do to my situation the manager was very helpful to get me on my way thank you to for all your help

I have rented from here before and other Enterprise locations. Don’t get me wrong, Enterprise is my top choice but I went in tonight to rent a car and they told me the deposit is $400 and that had to be on a credit card. I never had deposit that high - this has to be new This was not a credit check thing or anything, and I barely ever used a credit card and I rented quite a few times. I had the money and didn’t mind the deposit because you get it back but being picky of where the person’s money comes from (debit vs credit) makes it difficult for some of your renters. Bottom line is I *know* it wasn’t like this before. And I walked out without a rental - which I should not have. Kinda disappointed. I know some people make the honest people pay for this but isn’t that what some loyalty program should eliminate for some of us? Idk. Just disappointed because it was needed this time and there was no reason for me to walk out without the keys

Wonderful experience. Was unable to rent from my local enterprise center in my home town due to no available cars. Was surprised that I got a better rate than what I would have if had rented from home town location. Painless pickup and painless drop-off. Will definitely rent from them again.
