The staff in the mornings are really rude I’m not sure if their name’s because they do not wear a name badge I’m going to assume she is a manager she has on a badge but it’s turned to wear you can’t see her name I’m explaining to the lady I wasted my money a few days ago on their grits it was very salty informed her it was so salty you couldn’t even eat it it felt like your have high blood pressure from eating it the grits are watery when I brought the issue to their attention she gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong the ladies who is rude one is dark skin tall short hair glasses I believe she is the manager, other lady is short long hair brown skin real nasty attitude. Then there’s a new girl well I’m not sure if she’s new but she asks questions as if she is new. Spending my money at this location is ridiculous I will rather go to Parker’s to get breakfast before I get breakfast here again I believe this location need a whole new staff but keep the guys and the lady with the dreads . But the rest of the staff needs to be FIRED because they have no customer service very very poor 0 stars

The service I received from Kaye every time I visit ENMARKET on White Bluff is immaculate!! She’s very nice and has a great sense of humor. It’s like she’s never having bad day if GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A PERSON IT WILL DEFINITELY BE HER I dislike the kitchen area though flies be in food case nd the young lady with those thick bifocals doesn’t have a great customer service attitude.

Approximately 12:30-12:45pm on 06/05/2024 I arrived at this location, to make a purchase as soon as I opened the door the assistant manager I believe began to scream at me to take off my hoodie while customers were inside I looked to my left there was two security officers assigned to this location in which they looked at me with disbelief on the way she was treating me so I proceeded to walked to the restroom she walked around the counter!!! to harass me not her security guards but her and began to bang on the restroom door, as I came out after using the restroom she continued to harass me all the way to the cash register, so I took off my hoodie because at this point my anxiety was through the roof, she ordered her employees to call Savannah Police, even though my hood was off. All the customers were in disbelief as well on how she was being. So I just left. One of the security guards even apologized for her behavior… over a hoodie!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
In stead of approaching the situation in proper way she handled it in a very disrespectful/disturbing manner.
Definitely needs more training on customer service and/or she shouldn’t be working there at all.

False advertising charlatans. All advertised prices require a membership card whether or not the advertisement itself says so. When pointing this out to an employee, they decided to quote a Powerade ad on a different refrigerator as proof that they are properly advertising. Avoid it at all cost, because this place will cost a fortune to frequent.

For the love of God if you have to go to the restroom while you're here at 4:15am don't unless you want one of these employees to get all pissy and yell at you while your trying to pee. Completely unnecessary

Came here bought gas and a cup of coffee and sitting out front taking a break before start driving manager came and start scream telling me leave I shouldn't be here then called the cops even tho I just spent my money here now ban from coming back to the gas start. P.S I just moved here. Where is the southern hospitality

One of the worst Enmarket's in the area. Staff is slow, untrained and sloppy. Made to order food is gross. And, just for fun, no receipt given at the pump. Not worth stopping for anything.

Currently waiting on my large order of wedges. Its been 23 minutes. Theres 4 people working, none of the others can serve the food undoubtedly because they are just standing around. They are already cooked but she doesnt care shes moving as slow as ive ever seen anyone move. Shes went to the back 4 times and brought nothing back. This is my LARGE ORDER ive waited 32 minutes for. Theres still more in the pan, ones that are larger than the ones i got, but refuses to give me anymore. Asks if i want something else instead? Horrible service. Quarter for size reference. Name tag wasnt worn, timed 3:30 pm march30 2024

Used the self checkout inside the store to pay for gas and the machine did not generate my receipt. I had to wait several minutes for the store clerk to provide me a copy of my receipt.

It’s not 24 hours so I don’t believe that. When they decide they are done working, they don’t work anymore and they shut the store down.

Your shift manager on tonight right now is exceptionally rude. We were told to use self checkout and when I pointed out we had alcohol, all she did was repeat herself in a seriously unprofessional tone. I'd have been fine to use self checkout if I knew that was fine for alcohol in the first place but the attitude was completely uncalled for.
