I’ve been to this car wash a handful of times. Never been completely satisfied with their vacuums as most of the time they are not working. On one visit, the vacuums were closed off but the attendant at check-in did not make us aware of that and continue to let us go through the car wash on the way to come out and find we could not use the vacuums. I went again this past Sunday and the attendant selected the $22 single car wash like I requested. I got home to find that they had charged a $22 charge and a $44 charge to my card. I was in communication with their central office late Sunday afternoon and they begin a text message conversation with me to get screenshots of my bank charges and my license plate information. Both of those were sent to them on Sunday and I’ve not heard anything back and now they are not responding to text. I would suggest taking your business somewhere else or make sure you’re being diligent about checking your charges. Also, there’s no manager on duty at the site to help you with any of this.

Luv carwash on hwy 17 in savannah ga. are the absolute best there is. The staff is very nice and the air hoses they have added are a wonderful addition.
