From Sales (Randy) to Service (Chris) to Supplies (Kristin), DocuGraphics Savannah is my go-to company to keep my print shop functioning efficiently. We have purchased several pieces of equipment from them, and we order supplies and replacement parts regularly. They have a winning team with great customer service!

I called the DocuGraphics HelpDesk phone number listed on the printer because we were getting an error message on the Scan to Cloud feature. Carlos Valencia answered and was so quick and friendly to solve the error remotely. He also went above and beyond my initial call to check the status of our toner and ensure our computers were communicating with the printer effectively. Easy 5 stars! Thanks, Carlos :)

I am the Office Manager for Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship Church. Tim Scanlan is the best!! He consistently gives us 5 Star Service. Whenever I call him, he is available to help, and I have called him A LOT!! He is always professional, courteous, and understanding. Our Xerox has a huge learning curve and he is helping us navigate it. Last year our church was in a crunch to print and having serious problems. We were ready to kick the printer to the curb, seriously. Tim came by and got us up and running, so we'll keep it :-). It is a comfort to know that whenever we need him, Tim is available to help us. Highly recommend this company! They will work with you and go into every little detail about which products to get! Randy and Tim are extremely professional to work with. Great team that comes out to help setup and i knew what i was getting and the product was amazing! Came out very quickly and installed the printer on every computer in my business!

Our church was in the process of printing souvenir booklets for the Church's 100th Anniversary. With the machine not being used frequently during Covid, we discovered major problems when ready to reactivate its use. As would be expected, supplies were an issue, but technically other problems surfaced in using the printer. Long story short, Mr. James Horry came to our rescue! He came in, assessed the problems, and stayed until he knew we were up and running. In addition to being skillful in his craft, he is quite a personable gentleman. We can't say thank you enough!!!Thanks are also extended to Mr. Tim Scanlon, who with his co-worker Mr. Randy Wynn made sure they were able to expedite supplies that were backlogged. On Tuesday, 08/10/2021 one of the representatives came to service our church work center printer, it would not print. Mr. James Horry did an excellent job. He would not leave until he had our church work center printer working. He was really dedicated to his work. He really did an awesome job and now our printer is updated and functioning better than ever. awesome job Mr. Horry. Thanks.

James has been servicing our locations at Curtis Cooper for some time now and we are very pleased with the service that He has rendered. During the month of August we have had numerous Service request and James is always very prompt in evaluating and resolving the issue at hand. Our most recent Service request which is a Xerox B8055 in our Referrals Department at our main location. The service request was placed via support and later that day James was onsite to assess and resolve printer problems. This is the no different from the services we have been getting, however at this particular time the response time was very much needed since this Referrals printer is also an incoming and outgoing fax and is heavily used in this department. Getting this printer back up and running allowed users to remain efficient and productivity did not suffer.I failed to give the complete name of Xerox technician. These guys are awesome! We had been having issues with our printer for months and decided to take a new route for our business and give this company a try. They had everything installed and working within hours and was very knowledgeable to all the questions we had. No more having to run to Staples for ink or fighting with the printer when it decides to act up. Docugraphics does it ALL! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

We are a relatively smaller church here in the country but we function pretty much the same as any of your larger congregations with weekly services, Bible study, etc. Any permanent unresolved malfunctions to our only copier printer is a major inconvenience. So, we greatly appreciate the timely response to service calls provided by Mr James Horry from Docu-graphics.
