These drivers should not be able to just skip deliveries. I was tracking the track all day and just when it should be 1 stop away I get a message saying, delivery attempt but consignee not present. Like what!!!! You didn’t even stop by my house. I have my ring cam that could even prove it.Still haven’t gotten my box jet…

DHL is an joke, like most reviewers said DHL doesn’t even attempt to deliver packages, I was home waiting on DHL, I get an text message saying delivery attempted no co-signee at address, DHL you didn’t even ring the video bell, just put an tag on my door and contacting DHL is like is even worse, nothing but the run around, if I knew this shipper used DHL I would’ve shopped elsewhere, I hate DHL delivery services! Never get packages when being shipped by DHL!

DHL will literally let their drivers get away with stealing packages. These drivers never even drive by the correct home to deliver a package before marking the package as delivered . Calling customer service does no justice because they give you the run around about reaching out to the driver to “recover the package” and they constantly say they will call you tomorrow with an update but they never call, you have to constantly call them just to hear a new excuse the next day. This delivery service is a joke and if I had the option to not have my things delivered by them I would make sure they never touched another package of mine again!

This place is a joke! We have been trying for 5 days to get a package, signed the form hung it on the door. Driver claims we were “unavailable” but we watched him on camera pull up and back out never leaving his van. We have called daily to get them redelivered even allowing drop off with out signature they are just “holding” them at the location. Said they would call me back.. nothing. Don’t even use them for your business needs

Had my tracking number and confirmed package was to be delivered to my house. Though they tried to deliver it in another town to another address. I have security camera at my residence and no DHL delivery was attempted at my address on that day as well we were all home and no one came to our front door to deliver either that day or night. I filed a complaint with customer service and set the delivery for the Friday of the same week the package said out for delivery on that day the driver found our home at 7.15 pm and said to my husband when he went out to get very expensive package that though scanned my package was not on the truck though they were glad they got our address confirmed and found this time and that she was very sorry and would bring package the next day Saturday by noon and still has not shown up at my confirmed address with my package and its well after the delivery time.

Ordered a very expensive item and it was shipped with DHL. Around 8:00 PM on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I checked the tracking and saw it was two stops away. I was at home and staying close to the door, as this was an item that I needed to sign for. At 8:30, I received a text saying the driver attempted delivery but couldn’t access my home. A blatant lie considering I was home and watching for delivery. They didn’t even try to deliver the package. I have a camera and checked the footage and nope, not attempt was made. Now the tracking hasn’t updated. I used their site to schedule a redelivery and I still have no package. I tried to change the delivery to where I could just pick it up at this location and haven’t received any notification that will happen. I never have any of these problems with other delivery carriers/services and now I’m missing a $200 package. A word to sellers: please don’t use DHL for your shipping needs.

Had a package coming and they sent a text wanting me to confirm I'd be home to sign for the package. But they never gave a date or time range for delivery. Finally delivery driver calls and yells at me for not confirming. Not very bright individual since I explained I couldn't confirm anything without a time stamp for arrival. She STILL didnt get it. Pathetic service, truly pathetic.

Had a great experience here in Pooler! I was really apprehensive with all of the bad reviews, but had really great and attentive customer service, the office was clean and the area was much nicer than any of the shipping offices I've been to.

My (real customer) experience with DHL: I ordered a t shirt off myface tshirt on dec 6th who ended up being a chinese company. It had my face all over a tshirt for my mom and i wanted it by christmas. I got express shipping and was given the chance to tip 15%. The website recommended i track it using the shop app. I also must have signed up for text notifications and was notified that the package would get here the 14th like the shirt website told me. The text also gave me a link to track the package. The shop app and DHL showed my package had arrived on the 13th and was in savannah. I was concerned and started retracing my steps. The DHL link had a track details button and then a Q&A. It says “Destinations shown on DHL Express tracking results are based on the location of the Service Station providing that pickup or delivery. Please be assured that your shipment is being delivered to the destination provided by you when you completed the waybill for your shipment(s).” I couldn’t track the package from there but I assumed it would arrive on the initial date I was told it would get here. The shirt with my face all over it arrived the next day by fedex. Hope this helps my fellow people who are used to amazon.

This is the worse place ever. My package was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and still showing it’s in Atlanta. I have orders to make and they are holding up my process. I have lost so much money dealing with these people. And now reading the reviews more than likely I will never get it.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My package has been “out with courier for delivery” since last week tuesday, it is now Wednesday of next week and a representative of DHL has told me that this station LOST MY PACKAGE. I go out of the country in 1 DAY. I’ve expressed the urgency of this package multiple times yet my cries have been unheard. I’ve been calling DHL customer service since last week Friday and everyday i’ve contacted them, they put me on a 24 hour wait. If i could give this company -1 million stars i would. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Update: No movement since last week… I emailed the guy and was given really no information on my package… he just said “Our local Operations team is taking the necessary steps to ensure we move your shipment as quickly as possible.” While nothing was done quick or made possible ! If you lost the package just say so.. I can always have it reshipped.. the lack of truth is the issue here..They keep giving me the run around about my package. One minute it’ll arrive “tomorrow” and the next they don’t know and will reach out to someone to see what’s going on. It’s hasn’t updated since Friday of last week! How hard is it to load a package that’s literally not even two pounds and deliver it??

Like many others, I would give zero stars if I could. I have a package that has been sitting at the Savannah DHL Express ServicePoint for 11 days. I call the service line everyday, but no one can even tell me the reason for the delay. The case has been escalated 3 times, and I've been one customer service rep suggested I go to the station and pick up the package. It's a 200lb table. I declined. The same rep also said I could have a courier go pick it up. Really? I need to pay another courier to go and pick up the package because DHL, a shipping company, is unable to deliver the package?? I just spoke with a customer service supervisor, and she suggested my only course of action is to leave negative posts on Facebook, and Instagram. Unbelievable! I am beyond frustrated. So, I am following her advice and leaving warnings to all who have a choice in shipper. Unfortunately I did not have a choice in shipper, but I will never choose DHL when I have the option.Update:It has now been 14 days without issue resolution. I responded to the request below, but so far, I've received the same answer I've been getting for 14 days. "We've escalated the issue and someone will be in contact with you by next business day". Still, no one has answered my basic questions. "Why hasn't the package been delivered? When will the package be delivered?".Update:Now they say the package hasn't been scanned for 12 days. This is the first time I've been given this information. I've spoken to someone everyday for 14 days, each guessing at reasons why the package hasn't been delivered, and making false promises of delivery. How have they repeatedly told me "we're escalating the package for delivery today", when no one has scanned it in 12 days??

I would give them 0 point. 10/21 Friday, I got message said my packages will deliver today, and I was home waiting for this. On 5:32, it shows delivered, and attached picture which is not my home. I called customer service, they said they know where is this wrong location, but they cannot tell me. And they never called me back!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! They were supposed to deliver a package on 9/5 for my giftee. Camera footage shows that they didn’t, although they stated that they attempted. Here it is 9/07, and still not delivered. Customer Service seems confused and not aligned + the local office in Savannah is not answering them. I am totally frustrated. What are they doing? Stealing packages?
