Yesterday one of the pharmacy technicians (heavyset blonde with glasses) was discussing health concerns of other patients extremely loudly. Luckily I was just there for something otc. I would hate to have my HIPPA rights violated in such a way.

I love going there, it's a friendly environment and they make me feel like family. The customer service is outstanding, I wouldn't have my prescriptions filled anywhere else.

First time coming in here in years after my son's surgery and the female pharmacy staff were so rude and unprofessional. Little to no eye contact, look like you are annoying them. It is shocking how terrible customer service can be. At one point I was so confused at her unwarranted hostility I literally asked "Are you OK? Is there a reason why you are being so hostile and condescending?" to which the woman laughed. Had my Rx sent elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to go. Do better.

My shopping experience at this Skidaway Road CVS was hassle free and quick. Everything I was looking for (and more!!!) was available. Teresa, the team member on duty is my favorite. We have become friends via my visits and chit chat as I shop. The only negative I have for this CVS is that it closes at 6:00.

I've never had a problem with previous CVS's, but this particular pharmacy has been consistently terrible. The lines are always lengthy, the staff is always extremely rude, and the online pharmacy service never seems to work correctly, thus forcing me to go into the actual store to wait in line forever to then be talked to with an attitude and condescendingly. Currently in the process of switching everything over to Walgreens.

One young lady that is a part of the pharmacy staff is the pitts. She has the worst attitude, doesn't know anything and is quick to voice her opinion. I think you need to have customer service training for your staff and it should be mandatory for her.

I have done business with CVS for years. We have always had great service. The pharmacy staff and this location are rude and condescending. I have multiple prescriptions. I use the good rx discount. They always ask me if I'm sure I want them to re bill for the discount. This always seems to be a difficult task and requires me to make a second trip. I am retired and every dollar counts. Very disappointing ?

I was on the phone waiting on hold for 37 minutes, no one ever answered, I finally hung up. I fully expect the issue I was calling about will blow up.

The actual pharmacist is a nice guy. Unfortunately, all the techs are rude and sarcastic. If they don't want to fill something ( like pain killers), they just say they don't have enough. They do not offer any help, like maybe they'll get more tomorrow or something. I asked what should I do then? "Take it to another pharmacy." With a side-headed attitude. A bunch of jerks work there. I feel bad for the pharmacist stuck with these sourpuss folks.

5:00 PM Friday Aug 26 2022 I came in the store with my girlfriend and the pharmacy attendant started yelling at my girlfriend and shouting out her symptoms for the whole store to hear. That is degrading and unnecessary and most likely illegal...Manager needs to make sure employees are not ragers...

Called and got my prescription in 15 min! Saw some bad reviews but I don't know what they're talking about. The staff has always been nice and helpful to me.

Worst CVS service ever. Consistently disappointed with staff and I live close by- will drive to other pharmacies much further to avoid this location And their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.UPS drop off location - was told I couldn’t drop off a package because it was “too heavy” and it was over 20 pounds. Not accurate. Upon dropping off at UPS store, they stated I should have been able to leave it at CVS location as the weight receipt was 11 pounds. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clearly just a lazy employee trying to get out of any kind of work.
