Awesome Pharmacy Staff especially Karen, by far the most professional and experienced. They actually care about you and look how they can accommodate your needs. Thanks for what you do

I love this Pharmacy but if the pharmacist won't get help after 4:00pm I will take my business to Walgreens. They actually have help for the pharmacist

Karla was great!! She was very nice and professional while helping me-and VERY patient! I had issues with my insurance and it required a lot more work for Karla but she never complained or made me feel bad for taking so long. She was excellent!!

10/4/21: Rushed home from work to pick up a prescription for my son who is sick. Hours posted next to door say they close at 8:00pm. Door was locked and lights off at 7:54. I tried to wave down someone and they saw me and then walked into a closet. All I had to do was pick up and pay. Another example how the world has stopped caring and people have lost pride in doing the right thing.

Recently went there for my sons Covid vaccine . Also had to call regarding some scripts. The lady in the pharmacy is very short and just plain right rude , maybe she doesn’t realize it but it’s making me change pharmacist. I dread having to go back there tomorrow to get his second shot.

It says walk-in on site for vaccine available in the store and on their website but when I went up there the old lady (pharmacist) said no you have to register online to make an appointment and it would be at least an hour wait because she has to attend to other customers and filling prescriptions. So I call headquarter and they said walk-in available. I approached the older lady again and told her what headquarter said and she said...."thank you for calling headquarter. That helps me a lot"!!!!!? The cashier nearby was very helpful and understanding. I can understand the pharmacist is all alone picking up phone calls, filling prescriptions, taking payment as cashier and giving vaccines and getting overwhelmed. Maybe corporate should send her an assistance to help her...?

It started with a so called manager smoking a cigarette right at the front door as I'm walking in with my wife. We looked around and found an item that was on clearance at 75% off so we decided to get it. At the register this manager that was smoking on front rang it up at full price and I informed her that this was at 75% off she needed it told me I was wrong so I took her to where it was and she told me that was in the wrong spot when it wasn't because numbers matched on the sticker that was 75% off and the product. She refused to honor the sale and told me that she'll only do 50% off. False advertisement my family and I will never be back to your store don't think we don't have choices. And tell your smoking employees not to smoke right at the front door with people have to walk through the smell horrible do something about it. I will find the receipt with this ladies name on it and come back and put it in this comment. I will also take the time to write an email to corporate. This is NOT how you do business. These corporations in this our employees allow themselves too much. Remember folks your money is why they're still in business

This pharmacy usually takes real good care of me. One time though I was shorted on two meds. I didn't catch it until later. They gave me one of them but not the other. Lesson learned, CHECK YOUR BAGS. Make sure the quantity looms like it shouls Upon showing them the mistake it was taken care of ASAP so all good.

I used this particular CVS pharmacy for a few years until about 6 months ago. The new ladies seemed to always be in a sour mood. When I would walk up to the counter to drop off my prescriptions they would blantenly look at me, and continue doing what they were doing. No “hello†or “I will be right with youâ€. Another issue I had was the amount of time it took this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. Needless to say, I've switched pharmacies and don't regret it one bit. I will say that the regular CVS employees who work the front counter are always very pleasant when I walk in. That is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.
