Have used this store for years. Rarely any issues. They don't keep rarely on ordered medicine in stock. Blame CVS not this store. They have to order through main company.Poor pharmacists over worked and often have only 1 assistant , if any at all. Very convenient so won't change unless I have too.

Everyday I go to work I pass cvs on Stephenson Avenue no one is ever there. To on 12/09/2023 I know why. The lady that answered the phone was so disrespectful to me . The pharmacist was worse ! I said to the pharmacist that I had a question about my medication I picked up yesterday she responded did you pick it up at this location I said no but it was at a cvs she refused to help me . I asked her please my neck is swollen back it's just one question she said NO! Then she hung up in my face. I hope someone does something about her before something bad happens to a person or child . It's Christmas time they must be the Grinch's at the CVS on Stevenson Avenue

I had a prescription at the CVS on Waters they were out of stock, they could see this location had the meds that were called in by my doctor.After walking up to the drop off part of the pharmacy, I waited 5 minutes smiling at the tech and pharmacist trying to get their attention.Eventually the Asian-American pharmacist asked what I needed. When I told her I needed a prescription filled she told it wouldn't be ready evening at the earliest.There was only one other customer and two pharm techs.I told it was a matter of life and death (it wasn't but I am sick of pharmacist in Savannah) she told me to find another CVS.P.S. only reason I described race is I'm hoping her regional manager will see this and talk to her.

I'm chiefly reviewing the pharmacy here. My main pharmacy is Walgreens, but I had to go here to get a specific medication. Mind you, I've been taking this medication for 10 years. I spoke to a pharmacist on the phone, and I kid you not, she had no idea what she was doing. She pulled up the wrong prescription for me and went through this spiel of confusing information, only to realize she was talking about the wrong one and put me on hold for a while to get the right one. Six months ago I came here and paid around $160 out of pocket for the same medication. The pharmacist finally told me I'd be paying $160. I said okay. She continues to do some more typing and then comes back to tell me the total is $500. I asked about the $160 number, and she said "I never said $160. I never said that number." I would've thought I was going crazy if my mom hadn't been listening and told me she couldn't believe how the pharmacist threw that number out there only to either 1. forget or 2. lie about it to cover up some other mistake. I moved that prescription back to Walgreens ASAP. HOWEVER, the regular store staff are absolutely wonderful. They never fail to say hello whenever I walk in and make amazing conversation. Very helpful and super fast.

Don't use CVS if you actually need your medication. Several occasions now, I've had prescriptions sent here, and they do not have the medication. This latest time, my prescription has been "in process" for 3 weeks. Pathetic. Glad I don't need it to keep me alive.

Staff rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. Could not find a photo order that was supposed to have been ready two hours earlier, then assumes that I'm at the wrong location (I wasn't, they just couldn't bother to check that there was a print order they hadn't even processed yet).

Always have some type of incompetence issue here for some reason. Was just told my medication was 575.00 dollars. Lol.
