Krista (or Christa) the pharmacist DESERVES TO BE FIRED!! worst customer service ever!! been in line for almost an hour for medz for my newborn and while standing in line they closed the dropoff section of the pharmacy in my face 1 hr and 15 mins before posted closing hours!!! a staff member that saw me waiting asked Krista the pharmacist if she could squeeze me in and she blatantly dismissed saying no negotiations. the medication was for my newborn.

Would give 0 if I could, forgot how to be humane and turned into bots, they have a break 1:30-2:00. We didn’t know and they were late to discharge us at the hospital, so we got there 1:31 to pick up pre-ordered medications and take our daughter home after a surgery and a few days at the hospital, when she’s in pain. No one cared we’re just picking up pre-ordered medications for a child after surgery, that cried in the car for 30 minutes since no one would care. A bit of humanity in serving human beings is needed, some empathy- we’re still not computers.

CVS pharmacy near me is awful, the pharmacy personnel ignore customers as long as possible, rude and on the average take 2 hours or more to fill a prescription. Seems like if you are in the store, they would expedite the process for you. Going up to front of store for purchases is frustrating at best. Normally no one is at the counter to process or help. Often a line of people are waiting, a few giving up and leaving. CVS not only ruined many small businesses across America. They thumb their noses at customers in the store. We let them is what is so sad.

I came to the c v s on waters to buy a thermometer for my son. Trying to check out there's not an attendant anywhere. When she finally does come out of the office after I was standing there for 15 minutes. She acts like she does not want to ring me up and makes me use the self. Check out it is absolutely ridiculous. I had to have an attendant because it had security tag around the thermometer. Not everything can be done by a self checkout.

Pharmacy staff never picks up the phone and when they do they don’t say anything. They are monotone and rude in all my experiences with them. No effort to be helpful, empathetic, or offer solutions. I am beyond frustrated

I was very disappointed with 2 of your employees, Emily and Unique. They closed the store 15 minutes early on the June 5th. I wanted to pay my rent. There was still customers in the building but they had the door locked and laughed at me. Claimed they own the store. I was very disturbed by their service.

Great Experience!! Give Miriam a substantial pay raise. She goes over and beyond in her customer service. In a previous trip to this store, I purchased a wedding card and left it on the counter. When she saw it, she came outside to find me sitting on the store concrete because my blood sugar levels had dropped. I gave her my visa to buy me a drink so that I could drink something to get my sugar levels up. She showed concern.

I called CVS to find out if they received a prescription from my doctor. The representative who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me they have not had my prescription in stock for over three months. I explained that I had this prescription filled one month ago at this location so the information she is giving me is not exactly accurate, and I asked her to check to see if the name brand version of the prescription is available. She refused to do so, insisting once again that they have not had the prescription for three months. (Again, I had this exact prescription filled one month ago at this location.) She told me I am welcome to waste my time calling other pharmacies. I responded that I did not need her permission to call other pharmacies. I just need her to check to see if the name brand version of my prescription is available. At that point, she hung up on me. Whoever was working at the CVS in the pharmacy at 11:45 am on May 10th needs to find a job where she does not have to deal with the public because she clearly has no people skills.

Got there at 10:40pm, sign and google said that they close at 11pm on Friday evening but the door was locked. Waist of gas.

They are supposed to be open until 11pm, they closed 10 minutes early and said "sorry, we already closed down all of the registers, you can go to Walgreens down the road" I knew exactly what I needed and where it was, I was in my hospital scrubs and begged them to just let me grab it, but they were ready to leave.
