I came here to get a passport photo taken and both of the machines were not working correctly. We asked the two ladies for assistance but they did not care and didn't give me the time of day to help resolve the issue. Please stay away from this place at all costs.

The redhead Manager must have been having a bad day, I went to her asking for help with the app and was turn away and told to call the 800 number. I'm an older customer and was having some problems with the app and was looking for a little help. When I walk away from her, she started to laugh. I have never have a problem with her before, normally, she's very friendly. That's why I say she was having a bad day. She told me I was acting like a child I'm a 64-year-old man who do you have my bad days too but I was not acting like a child I just needed some help.

I’m calling corporate already but I felt like I had no other choice but to leave this review. Virginia is the most nastiest rude, disrespectful woman ever. She need a a lesson in customer service. Idk what she may be going through in life but someone needs to tell her not to let it affect her work because no one forced her to work there. She was very passive aggressive and almost made me get out of character especially when she cut me off in the middle of speaking. I wanted to curse her out but I just kindly snatched my prescription from her. She should be careful with her attitude especially in todays world because stuff that she does may be just what’s needed to set somebody off especially a person getting their meds.

Virginia in the pharmacy would not give my daddy his VA meds right away which is policy. CVS is contracted with the VA! SHE IS CERY RUDE AND BNEEDS TO BR REMOVED FROM THE COUNTER!!!! Employees need to be TRAINED on this matter, they acted like they knew NOTHING about this!

Virginia is so efficient. She knows her pharmacy and is excellent at her job! Not to mention the fact that she always looks so nice.

The parking lot is FILTHY!! Garbage all over the sidewalk, and in parking spaces. Garbage can is overflowing all onto the sidewalk AND into a parking space. Just FILTHY. The inside of the store smells like dirty diapers. THE WORST.. probably should close this location down (Savannah on Abercorn and Mercy Blvd

Time for Virginia to either get an attitude adjustment or go to the house. Basic courtesy will go a long way. A “please,” “how can I help,” “thank you,” “let me check,” will all go a long way. Very terse and short with customers. Gave me the impression she had much rather not deal with me, as I’m nursing a painful condition. CVS is the contract pharmacy for disabled veterans who need medication from a prescription written by a non Veterans Administration urgent care center. I’d much rather had gone to a VA pharmacy but it was not an option in this case. I cannot help the process to deal with VA prescriptions is cumbersome and time consuming. Someone needs to tune up Miss Virginia. On a bright note, my meds were accurately filled and ready very quickly.

Extremely friendly staff. I choose this CVS specifically to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacists are all so kind! Even when there is a long line they do their best to move quickly & efficiently but still give the customer their undivided attention.

To the Cpt pharmacy tech that was running the register around 6:55 pm on Christmas Day. Thank you so much. You’re kindness will forever make you an above average human. From 1 pharmacy tech to another thank you ❤️
