Absolutely fantastic place all the staff are all extremely nice respectful extremely knowledgeable I've got treated like royalty they all make sure I had everything I need without hesitation workers in the back loaded everything on the back of my truck and again double-check make sure. I had everything I needed CSR is a great place and every one of the employees are awesome highly recommend CRS for all your roofing needs they have materials were other competitive companies did not have CRS is my go-to place and I would most certainly recommend it to thanks for all the help and a great job in the kindest of all the staff and employees of crs for making my job easy thank you all for the great advice my job turned out great

Jeff Hanshew provided me with legendary customer service! I have not worked with Jeff before, and it has been a couple years since I even worked with CRS (Baker Roofing, Charleston, SC).I called the front desk mid-day on a Friday, Jeff called me back in 10 minutes, listened to what I needed and asked the appropriate questions. He had the insight to realize I was in a time crunch and he would be on vacation the following week.Jeff had my pricing (a large tile project) to me by 6pm Friday evening, before his vacation, and in time for me to deliver my bid the following week. His ability to answer my questions was as equally impressive as his turn around time on the quote.A true professional in the world or customer service!

We are a local roofer Patriot Pros Roofing uses CRS Inc. in Pooler Georgia. This branch is full of all the faces we love to see when we are getting materials for a job. Jeremy, Jackie, Jeff and Matt always are constantly making sure we are taken care of.. The guys that bring the materials to the truck all of them always make my day! All the delivery drivers that deliver the materials to the job site,are professional and super careful with the customers property. I can't thank them enough!!This branch is run like a machine. I absolutely love CRS. Since becoming a bussiness owner in 2019 they have made the process of buying materials and delivering them to my builds a breeze. Joey Perry has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Great things in bussiness are never done by one person they're done by a team of people. I can't tell you how thankful I am that Joey is on my team.
