Horrible. We waited here for thirty minutes and she had a sign up that said she would open in 10 minutes. Google says they open at 11:00. This was the worst, went out of our way on vacation just for her to put a sign up that says opening DAYS later.

Pawn shops have never been something I have experienced. With that being said, I have to say............"I'm in. I needed jewelry for a Christmas gift. I thought I had studied enough to make an educated decision. Well, I was certainly enlightened by Christy & Edwin. They were delightful, informative, open & engaging with me during my purchase process. I am trying to do the green thing, reuse, repurpose, buy used. I am so thrilled with this new discovery of Crossroads pawn shops. I will be checking them out in the new year for any purchases needed.FIVE STARS, KUDOS, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The pawn shop was a good place to go , but now it’s not. They don’t open when it’s stated online and don’t answer the phone . The female salespersons are very rude and don’t try to help you . Maybe the owner needs to hire someone other than family to help run the store , maybe they would try harder in customer service. Very dissatisfied

Great staff and great prices. They will almost always negotiate on tools and video games. They have an enormous wall DVDs and Blue Ray movies priced to own for the same as renting at a Redbox. They also carry unique things like GameCubes and autographed baseballs.
