Very clean and welcoming. Dr Goldberg answered every question and was very pleasant. I had to wait a bit for appointment because of the emergencies but l didn't mind because we never know when it could be us. They apologized repeatedly. Update Nov 2023. I ended up going to a different Vet because twice since my last review l called for "sick" issue and couldn't get reception to make appt. Once cat was scratching her ears so much she started to bleed but was told it was probably fleas. I said l don't see any signs, but was told that's probably what it was. Bought the flea stuff and months later, she was still scratching. Then l found her one afternoon lying on floor panting. Finally figured out she broke window screen and got out but came back in. So either something hurt her or she got stressed. Reception told me at 3pm that their last appt was 4:30 and they were already running behind so the wait would be long, etc. After much back and forth she gave me number of an emergency care which opened at 5pm. My cat did start to improve but had she been having a reaction to a bite, l would have wasted time arguing trying to get appt here. The ears were just checked elsewhere after the flea med didn't help and it was dxd allergies. They gave me appt quickly. I was also told her weight was fine at crossroads but l thought she needed to lose weight. New vet said she needs to lose weight, before l even asked. I would have changed her diet 10 mos ago. New vet prices are excellent also.

I take both my dogs to Crossroads and have had the best vet techs, Angela and Shy are amazing! The Vets here are all gentle and explain pet stuff easily. Thank you Crossroads!!!

Dr. Kelble and Vet Tech Cheyenne were so empathic and kind to my family and my pup(Doby). I reside in East TN and I wish we had a clinic like this. Communication, patience and even the coping advice. I couldn’t have asked for more and I can’t begin to thank you all enough. God bless
