One of the issues of my 07 GMC Yukon Denali XL having intermittent reduced engine power and going into limp mode, which is very common among this year make and model, was not listed on the criteria of problems that I brought the vehicle in for nor was the problem address or fixed. Therefore the problem reoccurred just a week later after I picked my vehicle up from the dealership. However, the one problem of the vehicle not cranking was in fact repaired.
I highly advise and suggest that you are very assertive and with 100% clearity with your service advisor because they will shuffle you through the process without due diligence and or transparency. Also, read your paperwork because I didn’t even notice that they did NOT address it until after I left the dealership.
Lastly, I brought my vehicle in for a recall on the passenger side airbag and it was not addressed nor repaired due to the parts not being there. But I was not told that it wasn’t repaired. I had to inquire as to whether it was fixed or not. The service advisor replied… “oh yeah we weren’t able to get to that because the parts weren’t in!”…as if he’d forgotten to speak on it.

Had an awesome experience at Critz BMW. I actually was dreading the wait time for a recall part install. I was told 2hrs. My appointment was at 11am and by 1140am I was on my way home!!!! Great service and even got a video of the car inspection.
