If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst parts and service department that I've ever dealt with. Terrible communication and poor customer support. Such a negative experience that I am selling my GMC truck and going back with Toyota. Should've made the switch to begin with.

Awful. On hold forever or sent to voicemail. Basic service needs overlooked (eg. checking tire pressure). Getting your vehicle back after first service appointment only to be alerted the next day tire pressure is very low on all tires is laughable... and sad. Yes, I checked for punctures, nails, etc.

Jackie, a bright woman , gave me the epitome of great service when I came to pick up my car. She did things like sending me back to the service center while she found my car and cooled it down for me before I got in it. Gestures of friendliness and professionalism that rival the best services I've experienced including hotel valets. Move that women corporate and make sure she becomes a living hero of customer service.

I called and called and called only to speak to the front desk. When I could finally speak with a service representative and part's representative they both tried to scam me and tell me I needed to replace my entire turbo system at roughly 5000$ before labor costs. I am an engineer and mechanic, I had to self diagnose my vehicle to find out my turbo waste gate at 56$ failed. Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Nothing but a bunch of scammers, because of what they tell you!

I took my 2008 BMW 7 series in for a coolant leak, THEY diagnosed my vehicle. I paid $$$$ and later when I had gotten it home and had a chance to look at it, it was still leaking coolant from the same area. I took it back and was told that it was some thing else! They would not admit that they were wrong. Instead, the service manager kept saying that my vehicle was old. My vehicle is in worst shape after taking it to them, because now the coolant leaks out of the car while I'm driving, splashing all over my driveway, it wasn't doing that before! The service manager Campbell is just HORRIBLE AND A VERY DISRESPECTFUL person. I want to know how do the employees feel about themselves after they have practically taken money from people?! This is not a honest place to do business. The hardship that they have placed on their customers will come back to them...KARMA. Campbell has no respect for African American women he talked to me like he wanted to be the QUEEN! He's very arrogant, thinks his superior and his type wants to feel important but would NEVER talk to a MAN (face to face) the way he talked to me. I pray that you all ask for forgiveness every waking day and hour, critz bmw NO STARS!!!!!!!!! Almost forgot!, is it true that one of your employees is still bringing in cars working on them with your tools and time?

First & foremost David SUCKS & its kind of sad that's he's the only one who's always at the service desk every visit. Secondly, he rude, disrespectful, racist, & treat young adults(23) like nothing EVERY VISIT. He over talks you, & plus this dealership takes all your money for repairs and tries to get on. DONT RECOMMEND! All reviews are bad!

My 2021 X5 center console is getting very hot. I called dealer twice talked to operator and left urgent message with Service dept. I initially stopped driving the car; but it has been three weeks and I have not heard back from them yet. Car is too expensive just to park in the garage.David C.

My car salesman was Phillip Ellison and my transaction or buying experience was from three states over. Phillip made the car buying experience pleasant and the complete transaction smooth. Phillip was extremely professional and kept me informed through the whole buying process. From preparing the sales contract, picking me up at the airport to explaining the ins and outs of my slightly used 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I believe that I might have spent only an hour at the dealership from receiving to my departure. The true test was of the caring and customer service he displayed even though the vehicle I purchased wasn't even the brands they normally sell but, it didn't stop him from making me feel special. Thanks Phillip, well done my friend.

I was looking for a manual BMW in a specific color, so the choices were very limited. I found one at Critz and dealt with Nikki Forgey, who could not have been better to work with. Everything was done remotely and within a week I had the new 330 delivered and my old one traded in. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.
