Went to 3 stores today so that I could see what to do with the Samsung phone I bought 7 months ago and was wanting to buy a new phone to replace the Samsung until it gets fixed by the manufacturer warranty that it still has but no stores where open.

This is supposed to be a phone dealership. I got my 2nd phone with this place , its never open they never work they never have good customer service nothing. Im calling Cricket corporation and report this store. DISGUSTED

My cell wasn't connecting to the internet & was told I needed fix my Google Acct. & It seemed like the Rep didnt want to be bothered to help with an IT problem & tried to send me out the door...so I did make it a point to stay there & did get back online myself & then was told my Sim Card went Bad...was charged for a new Sim Card I didn't need ...still had mine & a current plan! I felt like i was charged $25 for Rep having to help me!! And she wasnt going to give me my Credit Card Recipt... till I had to ask for it....And I been a good customer since 2004...

They will charge you fake activation fees that corporate locations do not. They call it crystallization fee; but it appears as a phone accessory on your bill. Unless you are their “type” of ideal client, then you don’t get any fees.

Friendly service however was sold defective device accessories with a no refund policy that wasn't made aware of to me. Computer kept glitching. Definitely advise taking your own device to Port. Less expensive if you do.

Just called at 12:15pm 10/7/18 a women answered I started talking then she hung up. So im thinking ok maybe it was an accident. Called 7 more times and no answer. Maybe whoever is working there should find a job they actually want to put effort in. I meam how hard is it to sit on your butt, answer a damn phone and work a computer.
